PREACH ON, MAN! This fat fucker is on a roll.
As sad as it is, I think Paypaypay's assessment of Rackets already being beyond help will turn out to be accurate. Plus, his vocal imitation of Ralph is pretty fucking good.

The Kino Casino stream with Jersh was an immediate classic. Perhaps the most kino stream they've ever done.

And the judge often doesn't care. Maybe they prefer 'approved' or known treatment providers or they simply consider it a standard part of their judgement and don't deviate. They can and do ignore personal efforts to engage in treatment and give a sentence that includes treatment all over again. The System is very sticky, perhaps Balldo has the means to avoid it but perhaps not. I think its stickiness is almost a virtue, unrepentant addicts can play the part of sobriety for a good while but not forever.
Yes, a court is going to want to see a legit program. But in MN, going to rehab of some variety is considered very favorably. Moreso if some voluntarily before disposition.
That’s obviously not true and that’s what everyone has been saying him or his family need to do for the few years.
You replied to 5-year-old comment.
barnes thinks nick's county is just going after him because he's their biggest critic and he's really mad about them taking the guns
It's enablers like this that encouraged nick in his efforts to become the man he is today.

I think the venue should be changed to Minneapolis. Nick should get an all black jury of his peers since he identifies as a white bread ass nigger.
minneapolis is only 18.9% Black.

Other way.
It's not easier to get disbarred than to be suspended. You can get suspended for failing to pay your extortion annual dues.

Imagine being such a complete fuckup that you are in a lawsuit where you were caught with cocaine, child endangerment and abuse, but then you have to worry about your lawyer from your OTHER lawsuit, where you carelessly called somebody a pedo many times, having the incorrect take on you and you may have to fire your lawyer from that lawsuit for shit talking you in your other lawsuit.
And don't forget you have the same judge in both cases.

And you hurled vile misogynistic genitalia-related insults at the very judge who is now presiding over your criminal trial.

Seriously genius strategy.

I hope Nick has every time I return to check this thread.

If/When he does a deep soul search and realize the life he threw away for *this*, how do you not blow your brains out?
The redemption arc is there if he wants it. There are still many people who would cheer for him.

If what Randazza said about his friend is true (can't see why it wouldn't be) than he'll know well enough that if an addict is refusing to get help your only option is to get the fuck away from them. You do it as a friend and you better believe you do it in business. At this point the guy is losing a defamation case to Monty because Rackets is fucked up and actively damages his case. I don't know much about law but that has to be a black mark on Randazza's reputation if he keeps enabling.
A lawyer generally can't just drop a client without cause. Cause is something like not getting paid, a client not communicating with them for an extended period, a client trying to get them to commit a crime. I'm sad because my friend drank himself to death and I just figured out my alcoholic junkie client is an alcoholic probably isn't cause, but IANAL. Minnesota does have a provision for "any other good cause". He can try to dip on Crakieta, but the court doesn't have to let him.
