Most of this is probably made up but still funny nonetheless.
Why? We know they were in a drug den already. We know they went to Hedonism for swinging already. We knew they were swingers. We know Nick is an alcoholic and hates his wife’s body after having kids, which makes sense with having dick issues. When he quotes Nick it’s exactly how he talks.

None of this is that crazy. The juicy details are being exposed sure, but 25 grams of coke found in the master bedroom like 2 days ago and confiscated by cops sounds fake but it happened.

Is Aaron putting himself in any danger of charges by admitting to being present with all of the currently charged individuals during all of the alleged neglect and admitting to alleged drug usage? @AnOminous?
His risk is more likely somebody, such as his ex-wife, finding all of this and calling her lawyer/calling CPS with regard to his kids.

he clearly wants to be with kayla once all this is over, which means she'll end up cucking him too in due time which should be pretty funny
This. Kayla seemed bored and Aaron was just a way of spicing it up. Eventually Kayla and Aaron will just settle into the same routine as Nick and Kayla.

The redemption arc is there if he wants it. There are still many people who would cheer for him.
Curious - why? Why invest and waste energy on a stranger who clearly doesn't like, want, nor value it?

A lawyer generally can't just drop a client without cause. Cause is something like not getting paid, a client not communicating with them for an extended period, a client trying to get them to commit a crime. I'm sad because my friend drank himself to death and I just figured out my alcoholic junkie client is an alcoholic probably isn't cause, but IANAL. Minnesota does have a provision for "any other good cause". He can try to dip on Crakieta, but the court doesn't have to let him.
Well, also depends on the terms of the relationship. You can be someone's attorney for their tax issues but not for their criminal mishaps.
How did Kayla and Nicks extended family tolerate their family living like this? It's heartbreaking knowing kids were living in this kind of squalor. Once we see the bodycam footage of the house its going to be devastating if its half as bad as described by Aaron and the police.
People doing this stuff close off ftom everyone.

A random person doesn't have a legal responsibility to report.

And there's no crime for being high. Crimes are possession or dealing.
