I'm not taking Aaron's word as gospel but some things are so specific that they make sense, like how Kayla got fed up with how Nick would gaslight her. But he's being WAY too light on Kayla to the point where it's like he's trying to maliciously save her as if she's super innocent and I don't buy it. Too many holes in the story and he makes himself out to be awfully self-righteous for someone who joined in on the hot tub crank parties.

And holy shit 800 pages in a month. How am I supposed to keep up with all this?!?
