“How do you feel about the legal impact of Nick bashing the judge?”
“I think he had some good points!”

I’m not gonna sound like a broken record anymore but this is kind of ridiculous. The pole is gaping his asshole.
That's not what he said

He said he was correct about the judge being factually wrong but didn't press her when he should have and sperged like a retard
I feel like people are trying to purposefully misunderstand what he's saying

It's more if Child Protective Services starts looking at him. I doubt he is at risk of going to jail, currently. But CPS may start looking at his own kids. Or his Ex-Wife's lawyer might advise her to make an emergency application to the court for sole custody in order to forestall any CPS action. He brought his kids to stay at a filthy place with known mounds of cocaine and unsecured firearms. The Family Court will Castrate his ass.
CPS isn't going to swoop in because a parent did drugs. Past actions that have been stopped are mostly irrelevant. And he seems to feel comfortable that his ex-wife is OK and said they are working together in terms of at some point talking to their kids.

We do not. We can assume but until court we are likely not to know fully unless Nick talks beforehand.
Curious - what do you think could be "the other side of the story"? "They planted it" is not an answer.

Please. There is no reason to disregard reasonable deduction or common sense.
But the Bond conditions also mandate Good Behavior. You must remain straight, sober and have no further problems with the law. He's not going to be subject to the random testing regime. But if they have probable cause that he is violating his Good Behavior terms. Such as being blackout drunk on a livestream, he's gonna get popped.
Are you quoting something? Judge said behave lawfully or something more similar to that. I did not hear sober.

Sean DOES NOT blame the Kiwifarms.
He never did.

Sean is based. Don't troon out, Santa!
Congrats! He got one of the most basic things in this whole situation right.

That's not a knock to Sean, but rather to EVERY-one else trying to grift off this.

Why do people even hate the kiwis, we're no different than a gossip magazine for boomers.
Because people hate the truth.

At least, 80% truth, and 20% funny gossiping.

If people were that accurate when documenting all the skeletons in my closet I'd hate them too. lol

Potentially Criminal on Kino Casino RE bodycam footage: If there’s bodycam the footage would eventually be released, if not it would just be pictures. Minnesota has weird FOIA laws Sean says so a bit ? but according to Sean at some point or another the body cam would come out.

This is just how drug laws work though, you cant get arrested for having done drugs in the past. You could share videos of yourself snorting coke a year ago and not be charged for doing cocaine. You get charged with possession or under the influence, etc.
Only possession or being under the influence in public is actually illegal. Nobody gets arrested for drugs they did in the past. Granted, it could be an ethical violation, could get him disbarred, but that's up to the MN bar association to decide.
Sure, but it's a fairly safe assumption that someone so openly honest about past drug use is likely to still be a drug user, which leads to a similarly safe assumption that they're probably carrying something naughty.

Aaron would not be the first idiot to agree to visit the police station to give evidence or "just answer some questions," then get patted down and busted for possession having forgotten to take the little baggie out of his pocket before hopping in the car.

I dunno his forum thread on here might be interesting to follow in the next few months depending on how his ex reacts to all this video evidence.
If Nick goes to prison for a long time, I'll have to start. Will leave quite the gap in my lolcow content consumption.

I said this earlier, but Balldo is going to fight this charge and it's going to fuck him over hard because he's too stupid.
You can look at the Monty lawsuit. Monty has him dead in the rights for per-se defamation. Yet he decided to hire one of the most expensive lawyers in the country to fight back thinking he will win.

He will treat this the same way. Spend as much money as possible and fight it to the very end, either to dismissal or till the jury verdict comes in and the following appeals. it's not going to be dismissed
