No. A lawyer speaking or acting in capacity as a lawyer would do their job (defend someone), or speak with consideration to defenses, but that doesn't mean a lawyer won't have an opinion. Defense lawyers defend people they fully believe are guilty all the time.Fuck knows not a lawyer. We’re free to make all the deductions we want. A lawyer would be more hesitant.
But I asked because you threw out "we don't know both sides.". Anyone, including lawyers, looking at "over 25 g found in home" knows that means it was there, barring someone else having put it there. Even successful challenges to the search, etc., are just that, nothing to do with the underlying facts.
