I didn't know about that. Would explain the neglect/sex abuse charges for Kayla, I know that's probably not the reason for the charges but still. If my parents started talking about their sex lives to me as a kid I'd feel compelled to shoot them.
Remember that Nick drunkenly ranted about how parents should tell their children about their sex lives. Nobody understood that at the time. It makes more sense now that we know what an absolute sicko Nick is.

This is how I read it. I've watched the portion of the stream after Aaron came on but before Sean did a couple times now, and he changed his storytelling when he gets into bullshit lies. When he's telling the truth, he's speaking in a factual manner to answer the question with as much factual detail as possible. When he's lying is he goes on rambling tangents and speaks to things he couldn't know, like other people's state of mind.

Things he absolutely lied about:
1. How much he used drugs
2. How hard he tried to get them to pull up
3. How in love he was
4. How in love Kayla was
5. Kayla's involvement in the family dysfunction

I take the sex stuff mostly at face value. A lot of the stuff he's lying about he's either exaggerating or downplaying, depending on the topic, but I think it's unlikely he's making stories up wholesale.

People are quick to call him a simp for falling for Kayla but I think that's part of his play to seem like the good guy. I think he couldn't give less of a fuck about her. I think the inverse is equally true. I think this story was carefully crafted by him because the idea of star crossed lovers being tragic victims of circumstance is such a good story. The audience wants it to be true. I think the real reason he got out, and the real reason his mugshot isn't up there with the rest of them, is because his ex wife told him point blank to cut the shit or lose the kids, and the man made the first good decision in his entire life.
Guess that would be one explanation for how charitable he was being when talking about how his ex-wife has handled things during this whole ordeal

As I recall, during the Depp trial, when the tmz witness clapped back at the Amber's lawyer, one of the lawtube lawyers in the audience (DUI guy) dropped his jaw in shock. Like a cartoon.

This photo / video clip became a meme.

Half of the lawtubers, led by legal bytes and law and lumber, said this was completely inappropriate , and dui guy needed to apologize. Since his behavior was "unbecoming of a lawyer" etc.

The other half, which included legal mindset and Nick Rekieta and others, said it was a normal reaction, and wasn't a problem or worth apologizing for.

This split lawtube in two, and I think that's the origin of the legal bytes falling out drama.

Edit: I'm being told another component of the dispute is that DUI guy claimed to be able to see Elaine's laptop (Amber's lawyer) as well, which legal bytes also objected to, as it apparently led to a complaint to the judge by Amber's team.
I think this was were a lot of professional jealousy started creeping in.

A lot of shots started getting fired at Nick, especially after their own streams were not even a fraction of Nick’s viewership.

Some people like historical houses. Nothing historical like having wife swapping and drug busting going on in the house of a f list celebrity.
In London they have these blue plaques that denote where famous people have lived.
I wonder if we can have a similar thing for lolcows.
"Christian Weston Chandler was arrested for incest here"
"Nicholas Robert Rekieta snorted coke here"
"JF Gariepy murdered his wife here"

Aaron probably really think that he has a shot with Kayla Rekieta.
"Oh sweet Kayla" "me and lovely Kayla had so deep chemistry together" "they were scared of me and my lovely Kayla's deep connection"

OOH KAYLA GIVE IT TO ME BABY
Lets see if he goes to visit her in prison.

They're very good friends with Dax. Ignore.

Their claim before Nick, Kayla, and Nick's live-in coke whore April were arrested was that the Imholte divorce was a "work" and wasn't actually happening.
Agree to take them with a grain of salt. They to pull their punches when it comes to their drinking buddies and collaborators (such as Diddler Dax).

However, I don’t think Aaron is his buddy and his take on the divorce didn’t seem like complete ball-washing to me. His take came off like “nobody would throw their ex under the bus like this” which is pretty retarded but seemed genuine to me. I think he didn’t expect anyway would air their own dirty laundry like Aaron has.

There's another tell regarding this specifically, and another reason why I believe what I said: PPP asks him "so if Kayla called you tomorrow and asked to stay with you..." Aaron immediately responds with, what I believe, to be his true feelings, saying "I'm a father of three kids, these people are fucking coke heads! I can't have them around!" It isn't until he remembers the star crossed lovers story he's selling that he tempers that with "but if she wants to go to meetings or rehab, I'll get all the help I can for her."

On the face of it, Aaron's testimony seems mostly true. Two factors that make me think this are that for one he said several times that he had no knowledge of certain things instead of making stuff up to make Nick look even worse and the fact that he told stuff that makes him look very bad.
The gaslighting allegations are also plausible going by how Nick behaves on stream. It's evident that Nick thinks he is always right and that he is willing to lie to the audience face and bend the truth to an extreme degree.

I am not sure, I buy the "I don't care about April" ark, that could be cope after the fact. I just don't believe that he is wanting to just save people because that's the right thing to do since that's clearly not his character and he even admits that.

Every testimony is biased to a degree and Aaron has a lot of reasons to lie. But based on what I heard and what evidence is already out there, I am confident that what he said on the Kino Casino is mostly accurate.

To be honest, I saw this as Aaron deliberately embellishing the story as a way to piss of Nick.

The very grounded description Aaron gives concerning Nick's behavior on this front lent him a lot of credibility, at least as to Nick, in my eyes. The description seems spot on for Nick's brand of deception.

One of the things that stuck out to me in Aaron's story is the lezing out. He mentions it happening once, but then never again. Which is pretty weird since it earlier seemed like that was something Kayla was going for. It's always just swapping. He also didn't mention any sort of group sex/similar.

Makes sense if neither of them are particularly into lesbian sex. It was just used as a gateway to fucking each others wife.

The main source for Kayla’s “lesbian interest” is Nick and that one stream where she is clowning around.

A woman trying to entice interest by pretending to be into lesbian shit, is a tale as old as time.
