I cannot process trading down from a very fuckable April to the trailer park crack whore.
Kayla comes off as a vulnreable waif, especially if she is crying and collapsing as much as Aaron said she was, and Aaron is clearly Captain Save-a-ho. April seems hard in comparison.

N.B.: I take no position on whether or not these characterizations are correct (that Kayla is actually a vulnerable waif and April is hard), I just think that is where Aaron is/was cooming from.

I wonder which episodes of Next Generation Kayla's been ploughed to.
The one with the ghost candle sex for sure.

Just want to push back on the “Aaron is a terrible person who didn’t do enough for the kids”.

The reality is that foster care is usually the last choice, and frequently, especially if it’s not relatives for whatever reason, makes a bad situation worse.

I can perfectly understand why he didn’t want to pull the trigger. Especially as there are people closer to the Rekieta’s who could take action.

I wonder if Nick can successfully pivot his massive fuck up into rejuvenating his youtuber career by being open and honest about his failures and showing his attempts to do better and make up for his mistakes.

I know that's like asking 'but what if DSP wasn't retarded' or 'what if Bossman stopped doing drugs and saved parts of his winnings', but I suppose it's more of a question of IF Nick did everything right is it even salvageable.

I'm not sure he could recover from this, his niche was being tradcath and wholesome. Now that that's gone, why would any of his core audience not just find new people to watch content of, Nick's content has never been THAT good.

He probably could if he went to rehab, and found Jesus or whatever. Was open and seemed to regret his missteps.

People love a good redemption story.

His content was decent and he likely still would have some goodwill with folks who watched him during Rittenhouse and the other lawtubers.

(Who probably got their own degeneracy going, the way some have been sweeping after Nick.)

Now it’ll obviously never happen, but yeah…

For those who don't know, its extremely common (pretty much standard practice) for police to seize cellphones from suspects of drug possession/distributing. That's so police can track down dealers/manufacturers.

When they seize phones, they ask defendant's to voluntarily give up their pass codes so police can quickly download the data. If defendant's refuse, police have to break the codes on their own which can take several weeks.

So if Rackets still has his pre-arrest phone, he likely cooperated with police and gave up his pass codes so he could quickly have his phone returned to him.

I guess the well of Vtuber legal drama dried up preeeeeetty quickly, huh?

I've been browsing a few other forums and news sites, but it's amazing the amount of dumb, misinformed, and outright wrong posts pop up. Shit like Nick deserved it because he's a DRUMF supporter, if he were black he'd be out with no charges, or dem whitebread crackas always be in degeneracy en shieet. I sometimes wish normies would at the very least visit and read the staggering amount of crap we have on this impotent twig.
What forums?

someone to do the cleaning while out.I will forever be puzzled why if the maid wasn’t cleaning and just helping with dhopping and travel runs he did not find

He’d always bitch about how difficult schedules were even before all this and yet cleanerd and help are not expensive.

I have them, it’s real cheap for what they are and the time.

Before she left the “nanny” did driving, shopping and mainly out of the house type jobs. She didn’t do housecleaning. A guy with a giant coke stash doesn’t want any cleaning woman poking around his house.

I'm going to give my speculations after lurking for days

Idk what you said. If you want people to read your posts structure them in some way other than wall-of-text style.

A document has been added to Nick's case which was not there before. Apologies if this was already known. It's a "Statement of Rights," very boilerplate stuff. But it does contain Nick's signature, address, and phone number.

EDIT: I tried attaching the file to this post, but for some reason it didn't work. I apologize for my technical incompetence.

in the pics from just a few years ago kayla looked pretty alright, and all things considered she's probably a nicer person to be around than april (who seems to be kind of an empty headed retard with a big ego)

Kurt admits that he doesn't seek help because a mental health profession will turn him in to the police.

I have a feeling Kurt is one of those dudes that gets off to very violent rape and snuff porn given that he can't fuck any women in real life, so he has to use it as an outlet for his degenerate urges.

I remember the EVS (the man who can't deliver a comic on time) stream he told that Nick called him with an unknown number. Maybe he didn't get his phone back by then?

Nick at best has just made fun of Fischer. He has never 'exposed' any 'corruption' in the county. This is the most retarded thing I've heard, he isn't James O'Keefe. He is so lazy he wouldn't pre-read articles or look them up for his show. No way is he doing any investigation work to find corruption.

Nah man! Nick was totally fighting the cucked Dem county authorities deep in Minnesota’s Trump belt!

The whole notions is so ridiculous. Like the county is clearly based enough so that a local micro school is a viable option.

What authorities did he fight against again, aside from that stream where he was coked up to the gills talking about using the judges vagina as a liquor dispenser or whatever.

Balldoman is going to sacrifice live skunks via drowning to appease sonichu and get his cocaine back.
Does anyone know where the claim Nick likes to hurt animals comes from?

I remember seeing a few reference to Nick downing skunks , but I never saw the original post. Thanks.

Nick will not be able to represent April or Kayla and he did it just to get Kayla out that weekend. The reasons are vast, but could be listed and I think the next hearing will shoot this down in flames by the Judge and the DA. But for those who are curious as to people who have represented themselves successfully on a reasonable profile case, I have prepared a list for that because it was an easy list:

1.

There you go.
Actually there are a surprising amount of self representation success stories. You can find some of them here:

But then again this people were not degenerated druggies

Didn't EVS claim he got a call from Nick on a burner phone? and Aaron claimed (dubiously IMO) that he got a call from Nick at an unknown number? So did Balldo run out to get a new phone while his real phone was with the police? And he spent time getting IG on it so he could cope post?

It's not that he didn't pull the trigger. It's that he brought his kids to a crack den for 6 months because he wanted some strange. He didn't do anything because he wanted some ass, not out of fear for the kids ending up in the foster system. Have these spaghettios, I'm gonna go bang your mom.

Per Aaron, Nick was actively using apps like Signal. It's unclear if the women were, but there's a good chance that even if Nick gave them access to the phone it's pretty useless. Alternatively, Aaron also mentioned getting a phone call from a number he didn't recognize that had a caller ID associated with Nick.
