It also leads me to wonder what skeletons are in the closets of these other fags. Lawyers are generally soulless so it wouldn't surprise me to see them doing the same kinds of things that Nick was doing which is why it’s not alarming or repulsive to them.

Lawtubers, are mostly, just failed lawyers. Imagine getting a law degree to panhandle on YT. It’s because they suck as lawyers and nobody should take them very seriously. There are a few exceptions, but very very few. They are lawyers like the waiters and bartenders in LA are actors.

Nick and wife trying to get clean and sober at the same time is going to be hilarious. They are going to have to deal with all the shit they did to themselves and their kids without the luxury of dulling themselves into a stupor with drugs and alcohol.

Chances are, if once starts getting sober, the other will pull them both back down into addiction. I will be shocked if this marriage survives sobriety.

One of the biggest barriers to sobriety is people having to deal with the trainwreck their lives have become and not reaching for the bottle/drug while doing it. They usually started abusing substances for much more minor problems and difficulties. It seems like Nick had to reach for psychedelics and the bottle because he was bored or unhappy being the husband and father of five, living in a big mortgage feee home and the recipient of a giant trust fund. His biggest trouble was kids schedules, wanting to fuck other women and not having any professional success as a lawyer. Trust fund blues man! He really showed everyone how to run things once he got some small amount of fame and individual wealth.

Now he will have to try to get sober dealing with all his “haters” being proven 100% correct, his parents very aware of his severe substance abuse, public shame on a massive and local scale, a broken marriage, broken wife and traumatized children. The dude is weak and cowardly, he will never face these demons.

They also strongly advise couples who both have addictions to separate while getting sober. Regardless of what they do that marriage is over.

I think there is a chance of Kayla maybe getting sober for the kids, while Nick rages and crawls back to the booze and coke (and April).

I do not see Nick dealing with any of this trainwreck and staying sober. I think if Kayla would say she wants rehab he’d divorce her and make April the new Lady Rackets (but only marry her with an iron clad prenup).

Speaking of prenups. Do we think Nick big problem in life he can’t reveal or solve is the lack of a prenup with Kayla or losing something in the trust if a divorce occurs? Weren’t his rich grandparents very serious Catholics? I could see something like divorce being penalized. But it would also make sense that he and Kayla have stayed together, not for the kids because it’s obvious this coke head doesn’t care, but because Nick can’t tolerate how much a divorce would cost him. Kayla is just a weak ass bitch that will stick with a husband that wants her to be a town bicycle.

Yeah that's it. The thing is that the kitchen he streamed from in 2023 was messy, whereas in 2024 what Aaron is describing is more squalor.

I have to point out that from around the start of 2024 until his Rumble contract expired at the end of February 2024, Nick stopped streaming from the kitchen entirely. He moved from the kitchen to an adjacent sunroom. It's possible that the condition of the kitchen deteriorated considerably in the past 6 months to the point where he didn't want to broadcast it online.

I get the impression that Nick was a recreational coke user for some time but it was the addition of April into the mix sometime around December (after meeting in October) drove him to become a daily user and eventually the full-on coke fiend he became. Anyone who watched Rekieta or even @elb's clips can see that the timeline of his on-air spiral started within a couple weeks of when Aaron claims that the swinging with the Imholtes started

Kids aren't always going to make it known that they've seen or heard something either, especially violence or screaming between their parents. Even if they were all treating all the children perfectly at all times (ignoring how we'd seen firsthand on Nick's streams that he wasn't), there's still a vibe among the kids that "this could be redirected/misdirected towards us if we're seen/heard."

They all probably knew a lot more than the Rekietas realize. If the children do make it known that they're aware of the problems, then the parents can either gaslight them into thinking they didn't really see anything, or they admit to the children that the happy marriage is a façade. Both will fuck them up.

I meant Aaron's probably kids didn't see much, although that's damning with fine praise. Nick's kids though, they 100% seen some shit. I mean how could they not? It'll all come out in the wash but I wouldn't be surprised if the eldest Rekieta child had something to do with the pastor and the report to the cops.
