It seems she has a pattern of acting stupid online and getting people to make callouts.
It was from a post she made here, showing her tiktok, that lead me to her full name.
From that, it seems she usually pretty much uses her full name and likeness online.
I will say I've seen the same profile picture reused in several places which could be her reusing the picture, OR these might be pictures of another woman, OR she might be skinwalking in some fashion i.e. using the identity of some real woman that she is not.
In short this very well could be a faildox and I am not posting this stuff as a dox but rather to share what I got out of a few minutes of googling.

Some guy on mastodon got mad about her comment- I'm not really sure what this in in context to, but he helpfully linked to a class picture of her. This is the picture that I see reused in a few places which is a little bit suspect for skinwalking weirdness.
Youtube is same as Tiktok profile picture. This could be explained by her using a gmail account with that picture- even maybe it's a school email? Those sometimes have the username automatically set as the person's real name. Just a theory. Terrible opsec if so.

Maybe she/he's just actually a more successful transgender, or those pictures are skinwalked from someone she/he went to school with. So I will say again. THESE PICTURES MIGHT BE A DIFFERENT PERSON AND/OR THIS IS A MAN SKINWALKING THE REAL AMANDA LOCHMANN. THIS COULD BE A FAILDOX.
