A) He's presuming that the probable cause for the underlying warrant was solely based off information given to them by the pastor. The initial incident report by the mandated reporter was on 5/16. The warrant was executed on 5/23/24. There were 6 full days for the police to receive more information, talk to other people, comb through the Nose's social media, etc for them to get probable cause for the search warrant outside of the statements given to them by the pastor. There are often multiple roads leading to the same destination, Barnes.
B) He is presuming that whatever information the pastor did give the police was gotten during spiritual guidance, aka during personal 1-on-1's with your pastor where you reveal something bad. The likelihood of this being the case with Nick is basically 0.
C) Barnes is conflating PC statement by cop for detention of Nick with the PC statement for the underlying search warrant.

Once again Barnes goes for hyperbole over substance and knows he can get away with it if you say it with enough gumption.
