I don't think the Judge or Prosecutor will need to force Nick to say anything. They may need gunpoint or a laser to force him to shut up. But I can't see his lawyer having an issue with that. Unless it's Barnes.

yeah perhaps part of the reason the balldowashers are able to cope so hard is because they're seeing nick behind the screen. When you confront someone as boozed and drugged up as nick IRL it REEKS. It penetrates every sense. Everyone must have known for months and frankly the fact that this didn't happen earlier is perplexing to me.

Bitch we've been collecting this shit for literally years. It's all from Nick's own admissions, public records, and reports from other people who know him.

You may have skimmed the past thousand or so pages of ranting, shitposting and absolute nonsense we constantly post, but we have also generally had solid information, too. In fact, everything Nick was drooling and babbling about us being completely wrong about and knowing nothing about turns out to be completely substantiated.

His own "Scandinavian incel prude" congregation, his own pastor, four witnesses, cops, his own kids, have basically confirmed exactly what we were saying all along.

Sure, the court has to act on a presumption of innocence, but we're under no obligations to labor under such delusions.

Everything Nick has ever presented about himself is now firmly established to be a pack of lies.

It's probably constitutionally protected. If he did it actually IN court, she could indeed just immediately have him hauled out in cuffs straight to jail under direct contempt, but even a lawyer has constitutional rights to criticize a judge. That doesn't mean it isn't, as it is in this case, an act of absolute retardation.

A relevant precedent would be In re Yagman. While it's from the Ninth Circuit, a considerably more liberal jurisdiction at the time, it sort of explores the outer limits of how much of an asshole a lawyer can be and still have his behavior protected under the First Amendment. Yagman (later disbarred for unrelated reasons), went on a deranged rant, accused a judge in one of his cases where he was practicing of being "drunk on the bench," called him a Nazi, and still ultimately got away with it.

If Josh got the bodycam and released it on MATI and had the rest of YouTube having to watch through his stream with his watermark, Nick would be seething. Might make him use and end up back in jail. Apparently we have the ability to make people ruin their lives on this site and kill themselves. So when Nick does something insane when we laugh at the bodycam, it’ll be hilarious. I’m surprised they’re releasing stuff so fast: I wonder if the DA and sheriff want to humiliate him and aren’t fighting any of these FOIA requests.
