So, we know they watched the stream, but it was after it had been taken down. Do you think they found a reupload without commentary, or did they watch someone's commentary? The first reupload I'm aware of is MATI, but that's also not on youtube. Someone earlier in the thread said that googling his full name takes to to this thread though, so there's a good chance this thread is where they found the repload, right?
3rd to 4th result is the Monte thread, but its not hard to get to the Crackets thread from there. I'm guessing people have archived enough on here to make their job MUCH easier.

Inb4 Nick yells about how what we see isn't what we see, it's right here Nick. What's even more of a mystery is there was no mention of the kiwifarms in the affidavit but instead the self snitching. This is all I need to know that the kids were definitely harmed with his drugged out alcoholic behavior. When that body came footage is released by golly geese guise it will be irrefutable proof of his degeneracy. All those nose guarding retards have touched felt and haven't realized it yet.

“It should be noted that Your Affiant was a Drug Recognition evaluator for several years and based on Your Affiants training and experience, the behavior of Nicholas in his video blog indicates Poly substance use, meaning it is believed he was ingesting more than one substance based on his behavior, being both excited and nearly passing out.”
But remember guise! It’s TOTALLY the ebil church’s fault!!

Call me optimistic but maybe KF could finally get some positive public recognition for breaking the news on and helping investigate a horrifying child abuse case.

Some legal questions:
Is the CPS stuff all private and there is no way we will ever get it?
Is there any way to know when the investigation of Nick began or would this only come up if it goes to trial?
It's all private. The only ways I know that it becomes public is if Nick or Kayla spill the beans themselves, and that itself could get them in trouble. The CPS basically operates as lawyers "on behalf of the kids" so they wouldn't like it at all.

I should have clarified the 2nd question.

What I'm getting at is this:
1. How likely is it that they used Kiwi Farms specifically to get footage that Nick had removed?
2. How likely is it that the re upload of that footage that they happened to click on was accompanied by the dulcet tones of Null struggling to breathe as Nick clicked the fat dragon porn for the 5th time?
3. How likely is it that the cuck was accidentally right, and KF did indirectly put Nick in jail, via archiving him? (I consider this a win btw)

This lines up pretty well with Aaron's claim of himself taking care of the kids. If both he and the nanny had left as of 7-8 weeks ago, Nick and Kayla might have been so drugged out 24/7 that they didn't add it up that no one was feeding or taking care the kids. Aaron is still a bit of POS since he should have let someone know what was going on so they could make sure the kids were taken care of.

I'm really curious what Nick's libertarian simps have to say about this. Surely they aren't so far gone that they are going to defend Nick's right to starve his children? That's getting into Reddit tier "13 yr olds should be allowed to be prostitutes" level of retardation.

Also, am I the only retard that saw the word "dropped" and thought for a second they had thrown out the search warrant as like illegal?
I can’t imagine that none of the kids said anything to them or other adults. Plus if they’re going to school the Rekietas would have to at least pack a lunch or have it provided at that home. Otherwise they couldn’t have this all day coke fueled orgy and think they were getting away with it. The whole way Aaron described the whole situation is so disgusting, since at least December the children were emotionally and physically neglected. What does this teach them? I’m sure the 16 year old knows exactly what happened by now and that his parents are degenerate coke addicted swingers and they were fucking all the time when the door was closed. I hope he gets some help and the other kids too: they deserve better parents than Nick and Kayla.

Lol Judge Fischer signed it.
AHAHAHA :story: HOLY FUCK NICK WILL NEVER LIVE THIS DOWN. What a fucking dunce. Fischer is looking over his case, and signed this shit too?

Besides that, it's pretty fucked up too to let your kids go to school hungry and dirty. How can a fucker so loaded with cash do something like that to his own kids? Put him in 12 steps ASAP

We have dates on the warrant, and that might be all we get. The question is did the police "have a file" on Rackets before (ignoring traffic stops and other shit)? CPS may have a longer file.

They did NOT mention subpoenaing rumble or youtube or whatever, nor did they mention how they got the footage. That will come up in a court case IF it is used as evidence (which in this case normally WOULDN'T, because the warrant wouldn't be itself challenged, but ....)

Threads moving fast but here is what I would assume will happen and will be his and kayla's best case scenario

They will plead Nolo (no contest) to one charge. Nick may take all the heat but likely both of them will. They will both be put on probation. They will have differed prosecution on the condition that they successfully complete the probation. Doing so will make it be like nothing happened. They do this a lot for first time offenders.
They will get the kids back following a CPS investigation and will have to clean up their act with them and will have random frequent follow up checks. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to pawn the kids off on family though as they never seemed to really want to raise them anyways.

Rehab would be very beneficial for them. Also they will only get sober if they genuinely want to, if they do it just to get this case over with they will fuck up again.

This is just my opinion based on experience and what I've seen happen to people I know in the court system of another state.

(edit) also no firearms until this is resolved and no drugs or alcohol frequent random testing of course.

I'm sure that would be a typical outcome in a typical case but Nick's case is far from typical. It has all the baggage that comes with his e-daddy status. Even with all of that, I can imagine Nick getting this sort of deal if he just owned up to everything, admitted he needs help, etc. But is he going to do that? It sure doesn't seem like it! I wonder if he will actually try and take it to trial.

Imagine that he hires Barnes or somebody and they turn it into a big grift by spinning the narrative to boomercons that the government is out to get Nick because he defended Kyle Rittenhouse. A bunch of ignorant normies might eat that up. I could see that happening or at least being attempted since it definitely seems like Nick is going to be looking for any possible route other than facing the music.

You don't let your kids go hungry. YOU skip a meal if money is tight. You forego some earthly pleasures so they can eat. If you can't buy food, you are broke, grab your rifle (which Nick had) and shoot a deer. Point is, there is always a way to make sure your kids are fed.

When you're a massive coke head about the only thing you're thinking of is doing or getting more cocaine. Add heavy drinking into that and I wouldn't be surprised if his kids were spending more time trying to take care of mom and dad than they were themselves.

As much as we might have saw on stream you know this had to be really bad if four people came forward. Think of how many fucked up things you've seen in your own life that you or other people who wouldn't have known didn't say anything about because it just wasn't bad enough that you thought it was necessary. It's rare to get one person to step forward like this, but four means that it was probably so bad that everyone around them knew.

I hope that some day Nick can come to terms with how much of a piece of shit he was and thank those people for doing what was right. A self-centered hothead like him needs a little time in the cooler.

Jesus he is emulating DSP's style of house keeping. And even worse he doesn't have a fat autistic wife!

I'm sure that once Kayla gets off the nose candy she'll pack some pounds on. Or maybe not since I doubt prison food is that appetizing.

I'd like to apologize to everyone if I sound mad. I am. The warrant made me furious. I'll try to take a back step and calm down
Kids are being starved and made to live in squalor in spite of having a wealthy father, because he's spending all of that wealth and his time (and their mother) on the drugs and sex that he's exposing them to. We all saw this coming from miles away, tried to warn him and others, yet it's come to this. All of us who've been watching this unfold in real time and called it have every right to be angry about the situation.

I'm not a fan of the fizzling of a manic thread to turn into a board. I miss you 100 pages that I can never catch up with.

Realise that this is in the law thread and not the general thread, which is also pro single madness thread.

Life is a thing, if in that life you bring about new life you look after it. It is so not controversial (or unconstitutional) to despise these mother fuckers. Being hungry becomes your world, these fuckers made that real for their kids, by slovenly accident.
