Even if Kayla and Nick get clean, there’s a high chance their kids will be fucked up by this situation and all the events leading to it. They’ve lived a privileged life for the most part and likely don’t have the coping skills to handle this. I hope that the extended family is getting involved to make sure they can recover from this.

Yeah I also couldn't see rackets having the balls to self inject.
