Those poor kids. Not sure people realize just what happens in situations where parents get to that level of neglect due to drugs. Kids were probably finding anything they could to eat before asking the teacher. If they were ignoring getting food for the kids can only imagine the other things they were ignoring as well. Hopefully, Minnesota CPS are not push overs like some states are.

BTW, many cps courts are online and his first hearing would have had to be within 72 hours of the kids being removed.

There permeancy schedule states the first judicial hearing on actual permeancy must be in 15 days.

If someone lets me know what county/district he is in I can try to find out if his is televised.
Even if Kayla and Nick get clean, there’s a high chance their kids will be fucked up by this situation and all the events leading to it. They’ve lived a privileged life for the most part and likely don’t have the coping skills to handle this. I hope that the extended family is getting involved to make sure they can recover from this.

I've been talking a fair amount of shit about the dude, enraged by his noseguarding, but he seems genuinely crestfallen now, utterly disappointed by someone he considered a friend. And he doesn't have many. I'm actually feeling bad for him at this point.
I've felt bad for Uncivil Law throughout. I could see the pain in his face when talking about Nick hiding his sex and drug life from him, desperately wishing he could have been invited to that. And now he has no choice but to turn on his "friend", that was effectively his one way out.

An incel lawyer, that's fucking brutal.

Thinking about when Legal Mindset said today that Rekieta is in that DM group coping and sneeding and spilling the details he shouldn't reveal to anyone.

Now, you would think that in most cases, he would have some friend or family around, somebody physically sitting with him, especially knowing that he's an addict, in an extremely distressful situation. Making sure he doesn't do anything stupid. He would be venting to them, not online.
But he doesn't have that.
The only people he's got to talk to are pixel people from the internet, that will probably snake on him at some point too.
He is lonely and alone and everyone irl left him lol.
Remembering his Dear John stream and how despicable he was to talk shit about someone who genuinely needed support - the current alienation of Rekieta greatly pleases me. He earned it. He worked for it. He deserves it.
He might have his Barnes and Viva and Locals retards defending him online.
But in real life, he doesn't even have a single person sitting next to him, telling him to stop typing shit online that will only make his case worse lmao

I wonder what Viva or Barnes would do if a child told them that they were humgry and their parents weren't taking care of them?

Barnes is a tard but I always saw viva as a good parent and this response makes me question that.
Viva is a good parent, but he's more lolbert than dangerous. When he moved here, his pendulum swung full lolbert retard after being under Trudeau's shit for so long. Give it time, it will come back center in a bit.

I doubt he was shooting up, I think it's more a case of people knowing he's on something and assuming sores are track marks. If he was shooting up, the cops would have found needles.

Nick has been constantly exceeding any expectations set for him. Until the arrest everyone had a hard time believing he was a cokehead. At this point, there is nothing said about him which would be be considered too extreme to be believed.
Heroin was a somewhat logical path for him to eventually get to. But I would have expected him to be buying pain pills rather than shooting up. Also, I agree they would have found needles if he was shooting up.

Their kids are already fucked. Mom and dad's slide into degeneracy is out there for everyone to see. Do you really think his oldest hasn't been teased with pictures of a whiskey bottle up his dad's ass? That his dad getting some sloppy toppy on stream hasn't been shoved in his face? And the other kids are going to get that as soon as they are old enough that their classmates learn how to google.

My name is Nicholas Robert Rekieta. I live in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. This is my confession. If you're watching this tape, I'm probably dead. Murdered by my friend and fellow lawtuber, Kurt (whatever the hell his last name is). Kurt has been building a cuckold empire for over a year now, and has been using me as his bull.

He doesn't really seem like a clout chaser?
Agreed. He's more of a companionship chaser, and if he was invited into the cocaine circle like he already admitted yesterday that he wanted, he'd be one of Nick's strongest soldiers. For as much of a piece of shit Aaron is for his involvement, at least he's laying the facts on the table. If that was Kurt then he'd be tight lipped, casting aspersions on all the facts of the situation, and refuse to cooperate with any ongoing investigation.

Seeing people argue the constitutionality is insane because renders the fourth amendment null and void.
If reports of neglect and drug abuse, combined with video of potential drug abuse not meet the threshold of probable cause; then how can it be achieved?

I don't even know how to express my point beyond this.

Is the argument that the language of fourth amendment is unconstitutional?
Or is the fourth amendment in and of itself, unconstitutional?

If you're interpretation is this broad, couldn't one make the Constitution unconstitutional?

Yeah I also couldn't see rackets having the balls to self inject. I've had a need to do so before(Not for recreational drug use) and it's fucking terrifying, I recall almost passing out from a panic attack the first and second times, thank god that medical era is behind me. can't see bitch boy nick doing it enough times to have a load of track marks.
