But in a smaller jurisdiction defendants and litigants will face the same Judge at times. Especially a local lawyer. Nick knows all 3 of the City Judges. He almost surely has history with all. He is not guaranteed a clean slate Judge that he has never met.

Drex more or less cut him off around the swingers resort stuff. He forwarded receipts about that to other YouTubers at the time. Apparently he told Rekieta not to do the swingers thing or go down that path, but I guess by then the Rubicon was already crossed. Nick said they used Stitch Fix. My wife uses it. It's just a mail order clothing service. You tell them what kind of clothes and styles you want and they just send you clothes that match what you're looking for and if you don't like it, send it back for free. If you don't have a sense of style, they can do all that for you. It's actually a good service. But it's not a service you send clothes back to be cleaned or anything, you're just buying clothes.

I like Stitch Fix a lot, but it's not the most cost-effective. Like I couldn't imagine using it to build out entire wardrobes for the whole family on a monthly or every-other-month basis because you can find a lot of the things much cheaper elsewhere. I use it sometimes because I just hate the shopping experience, so I like having a smaller selection to pick from at my convenience.

I could definitely see them forgetting to send back clothes, though, which would put them on the hook for the whole box (which could be $250+ for five items). Times seven... while everyone's constantly losing weight and dropping sizes .....
