Yaba and Scam are doing this through the CCB which is a tribunal system. These are textbook examples of fair use and they will lose. The only question is, will Yaba lose her channel along with it and will it be before or after they lose with the CCB.

I'm normally not in the "everyone must speak on everything bad" camp.
But given how the reaction community functions and how batshit these two women have become, I will consider every creator who's pretending none of this is happening a fair target of similar behavior in the future.

Yaba's downfall is incredible. From a respected person to hanging out with the lowest of the low, because everyone else took their superchats and left. We're going to get a major depression arc when the realization of what she has done finally hits the cymbal monkey in her brain.

But let's move Sam in, who actually stalked you and talked shit about your kids and doesn't get along with the youngest, and then file against someone whom you claim hurt your feefees.

So wait, Yaba's $2k/week (:story:) business is being harmed by two people she claims are weak, unemployed, etc.? Hahaha. So one thing has to be true: 1) You're lying, or 2) You are losing money. It can't be anything except those two things. And if your business really is losing money, then that means that your merch (Arts & Crafts Hour with Sam, a $7k rent-to-own printer and an Etsy-purchased design) either sucks, or people are finding you disgusting and no longer want to support you.

Either way, you lose.

I've never seen someone torpedo their lives so completely. Fatso had an easy gig, point and laugh at Chantal. But because people with a low IQ have little self control, well, here we are. Hope it was all worth it. Hell, even FFG has enough sense of self preservation to ignore Yo Mama and let him make his reactions.
