That’s like saying “There’s a reasonable chance the earth is round”, my guy…

No, I’m not saying he’s 100% correct about everything, but:

*The things he alleged before the arrest were true.

*The stories he told “Snow Angel” etc, BEFORE the arrest has been corroborated at least in one instance.

*His stories and “testimony” haven’t changed in any significant way.

*He generally comes across as truthful. You don’t see any of the typical liars tells, and most answers come without any weaving.

*He resists the temptation to sensationalize stuff. If he really wanted to make the Farms happy, we’d be hearing about Drexel and gay shit and Nick getting pegged with a balldo.

I’d say we’re a lot closer to “80% true” than “20% true.”
I've watched him a few times now, as much to catch him out as learn anything extra. His statements and answers have been consistent but not exactly so. The difference being in smaller, non material details (3, 4, 6 uses of coke).

He is also, without equivocation, admitting he was a shitty, neglectful and perverted willing participant. Admitting without qualification that he saw the neglect and didn't do anything or really care to. Even his account of the cleanup and sort of cooking was told as a matter of pragmatic action for being anywhere but the bedroom.

Whether that self effacing assessment is a "requirement" of not losing his kids altogether, part and parcel with legal advice or some 12 step thing. He at least recognizes he's a POS, even if only on an intellectual level.

Lies and misdirections? Nothing material I could see but I definitely think he left by ultimatum of his ex, probably under threat of calling the police. He did maintain a, "I'm a piece of shit but muh kids," theme. I'm also highly skeptical of all the, "Kayla, sweetie; love of my life," shit. I doubt he had any feelings for anyone and certainly lost any he might have had for April.

So I think the inside the compound info is probably pretty accurate and he's intimated multiple receipts. There in lies a problem, he's repeatedly admitted to child endangerment never mind "I took drugs". The drug statement by itself, while diminishing one's image, isn't a problem legally but in connection to child abuse, neglect. Now he's intimated being under counsel and having talked with prosectors(s) and police.

If he was truthful about the latter and told them EVERYTHING after an immunity agreement, nothing "new" sent in should screw him. But if that something new has any information not contemplated by the agreement, he's Balldoed.

TL;DR: I think 80% is a fair truth estimate. He may have shit in his mess kit.

I agree that seeing one of the Nick's children asking for clean clothes would be heartbreaking, and would change a lot of the public opinion. But is there a real chance that we will see it?
From what AnOminous said, they will probably cut all the children part of the bodycam footage, right?
I'd say probably. They might not if it's not particularly traumatizing, somehow. They definitely would if there's anything sexual involved, but other than the title of the statute on the court website, there's nothing in the warrant indicating that.

I still think they probably leave out that part of the footage, although I don't know if they have a statutory or regulatory obligation to do that.

Speaking of black people, we haven't heard from Drexel in a while. When was the last time he even showed up on Rekieta's podcast? Creepy grooming story or not Drexel doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would get heavy into drinking and drugs, guy might have cut Nick off a while ago and we just haven't heard about it. Especially if he told Nick that he looked fucked up and should get help, we all know how well coke heads react to people telling them they're coke heads.

My impression was that Drexel cut Nick off after Nick couldn't get the farms to back off and Drexel had to nuke his discord. My theory is that it was more about Drexel thinking Nick was attracting heat to him by association than Drexel having a problem with Nick either drinking or doing coke.

Nick also seems to have cut off just about everyone around the time his relationship with Aaron and April took off.

I still think his whole "Kiwis finally came through" thing is gay and insulting.

Am I alone in this? I think insulting to all the hard work people put in in this thread for months and years. People like @Balldo's Gate, for example (it would take too long to type out a full list, but you all know who you are).

Should I just go with the mindset (no pun intended) that a W is a W?
He has been a turd in the past, he is a Lawyer after all, but I don't watch lawtube, after catching all of there shows since Friday. Sean Potential Criminal and LegalMindset have been fair and consistent, and not being buddy bullied into simping for nick.

Also he praises this thread now for every ones work archiving this Racketst shit. and Ultimately praises and thanks Jersh, as should we all.

"I am not crazy! I know he planted those drugs! I knew it was cocaine. As if I could ever make such a mistake. Never. Never! I just – I just couldn't prove it. He – he covered his tracks, he got those incels at the kiwi farms to lie for him. You think this is something? You think this is bad? This? This chicanery? He's done worse. That appeal stream! Are you telling me that a man just happens to fall like that? No! He orchestrated it! Aaron! He defecated on my kids clothing! And I saved him! And I shouldn't have. I took him into my own home! What was I thinking? He'll never change. He'll never change! Ever since that comedy show, always the same! Couldn't keep his hands out of my wife! But not our Aaron! Couldn't be precious Aaron! Stealing them blind! And he gets to be an e-celeb!? What a sick joke! I should've stopped him when I had the chance! And you – you have to stop him! You-"

Unless they can prove Aaron did something really illegal then I don't see why the cops are going to give a shit about the guy outside of his testimony. Of cause if Aaron did do something crazy then you have to ask why Nick, a lawyer, just let it slide.
To the police, it is all about how they can get the most bang for their buck, often times, it's "who did the most damage? Who was the primary offender? Who committed the most crime, and was it the most severe? "

Someone else said on here that if the police arrested everyone for every little crime, then most everyone would be in jail and there would be no budget. Aaron is small fry, but if he reoffends? Or gets caught with [insert drug here]? They will not play softball with him, since he is an admitted drug user. They remember that shit, especially if it can be easily pulled up on Youtube!

That being said, he very well could still face charges at a future date, it is just right now they are focusing on the criminals who did drugs at their house with their 5 minor children and neglected them. Not about the side whore with no kids of her own and the cuck Janny. You're right, the police don't give a shit about him lol
