Unironically, a question about the conditional release. If a person is a severe alcoholic or addict, he cannot just suddenly stop consuming, or he will risk death or serious health problems. Does nobody think about it and the attitude is "suffah for being an addict"?
It can be prescribed by a doctor. He can go to a hospital to deal with the withdrawal/treatment.

Aaron forgot it is 3 against 1. He should have kept his mouth shut.

Did Aaron pull a large sum of money out of bank? Is Nick about to pin the coke purchase on Aaron? Nick may have actually used some brains. Let's say Nick can prove that no large sums of money is missing from any of his accounts, but Aaron's account shows a large chunk gone. Nick would be a person I suspect would pull cash back when at stores to hide the large sum from coming out.

Child endangerment could be why, also.

Unless they can prove Aaron did something really illegal then I don't see why the cops are going to give a shit about the guy outside of his testimony. Of cause if Aaron did do something crazy then you have to ask why Nick, a lawyer, just let it slide.
Unless Aaron deals drugs, I don't think there's a whole lot that would interest them. Right now they do probably just want a more complete view of what was happening at the home and to see what lines up.

Some of the laws suggest that any adult residing in the home has some degree of responsibility, so maybe Aaron's sleepovers would count, but April was more long-term and was in the home at the time of the arrests, so I would think that would be more on her than him.

"I am not crazy! I know he planted those drugs! I knew it was cocaine. As if I could ever make such a mistake. Never. Never! I just – I just couldn't prove it. He – he covered his tracks, he got those incels at the kiwi farms to lie for him. You think this is something? You think this is bad? This? This chicanery? He's done worse. That appeal stream! Are you telling me that a man just happens to fall like that? No! He orchestrated it! Aaron! He defecated on my kids clothing! And I saved him! And I shouldn't have. I took him into my own home! What was I thinking? He'll never change. He'll never change! Ever since that comedy show, always the same! Couldn't keep his hands out of my wife! But not our Aaron! Couldn't be precious Aaron! Stealing them blind! And he gets to be an e-celeb!? What a sick joke! I should've stopped him when I had the chance! And you – you have to stop him! You-"
I'm actually surprised I haven't seen an edit of that kino chuck rant yet. It needs an AI reading for sure. 10/10 :story:

Balldo has posted a bail bond. Nothing for Our Wife yet.

Drink up, Nick!
The guy just couldn't help himself. How do you know you have an addiction? You pay a $50K bail bond just so you can continue to consume your addiction for just another few months.

I'm torn personally, but for how fast I was to be bitchy and catty towards him I have to be as quick to recognize that he's doing the livestream grifter's version of showing respect and let it go. That's my two cents.
These people are scum to me, and while I'm not going to forgive them, I'll eventually just get over it. Like that asshole that cuts you off on the highway, you eventually forget about it.

I agree that seeing one of the Nick's children asking for clean clothes would be heartbreaking, and would change a lot of the public opinion. But is there a real chance that we will see it?
From what AnOminous said, they will probably cut all the children part of the bodycam footage, right?
They won't release it publicly. But damn straight that gets played to any jury in support of Child Neglect.

His statements and answers have been consistent but not exactly so. The difference being in smaller, non material details (3, 4, 6 uses of coke).

And that’s exactly what you’d expect to see btw.

Someone who set out to tell a story would likely set an amount “4 times!” And not deviate from that.

Someone remembering back to what they did at a stressful time when they got high? Would likely stay in a ballpark range.

Should I just go with the mindset (no pun intended) that a W is a W?

I still think that in his initial stream where he parroted Barnes's arguments without any critical thought is shit and he was a condensing prick during it. But after his recent stream he has been fair and has given credit to Josh and the farms. Hope he continues this (but you never know with lawtube grifters).

Bit of a side tangent, but it's hilarious to me that DropKiwiFarms/SinSeer has had absolutely nothing to say since 3 days before Nick got busted for coke and KF's subsequent involvement in breaking through the legal barriers emerged.

The delicious irony of this being one's presently final words in this scenario.

Is Nick enough of a scumbag to post bail for himself and not the mother of some of his children? Guess we will find out.
Dude, if Rackets bails himself out and lets his wife rot in jail... ho-lee shit. His circle of scumbaggery will be complete. That'd do wonders for his already destroyed PR image. And yet, people would still noseguard for him.

People kick in jail all the time. The cops generally don't care. That's pretty much a you problem.

They'd probably do something about someone actively seizing, but sometimes they don't even give a shit about that and someone dies.

If they did anything at all it would be giving a low dose of some weak ass benzo. Something like Ativan is fairly common. If you were in particularly rough shape, you might get a B vitamin shot from a jail doctor.

If you're just miserable, though, well, jail isn't supposed to be fun time.

BTW, I know Andrew already knew the Farms comes through, because where else did he get MANdy?

I told you guys that it was an either/or situation. $50k unconditional or free conditional. He paid $50k to avoid the piss tests.
I think a lot of people here predicted he was gonna go the paid unconditional route. I know I did.

It's Nick. He's probably fucked up right now.

EDIT: Typos and clarification.

I still think his whole "Kiwis actually came through" thing is gay and insulting.

Am I alone in this? I think insulting to all the hard work people put in in this thread for months and years. People like @Balldo's Gate, for example (it would take too long to type out a full list, but you all know who you are).

Should I just go with the mindset (no pun intended) that a W is a W?

I'm not a long term kiwi (under 3 years)
But I've seen enough regulars in the many threads I read and post to.

There are probably people I've never seen posting in other places on the forum who all do the work, and laugh at lolcows.

I see the term " & the farms" as acknowledgement of everyone who posts actual information.

I fear you people but I like you horrible bastards too.

They are both out. We just know right now for sure that he posted bond. I haven't seen where she posted bond or took the conditions.

Kayla is out too. It's just less clear if she's unconditional or conditional.
