Sean said earlier that the bond company can impose rules independent of court. So this unconditional release is just to relax conditions. He probably can drink and do drugs, but can't, or rather shouldn't leave state without their permission.

Bond companies usually set up their own standards and practices depending on the severity of the case, hell some places let you trade deeds and cars if you can't shore up cash. Don't forget, Duane Chapman aka Dog The Bounty Hunter set up his grift and business to do so, and even hunted down anyone who thought they could run off on his dime.

Stop watching TV. It's never so dramatic

Bail Bond loan officers never trust the criminal. They get their family, preferably their mother, to cosign the loan. That way when the criminal inevitably breaks the condition of their bond they can seize the property of the credulous morons who still believed little Timmy was an angel who dindu nuffin.

They can impose their own rules but they are in addition not in replacement of court rules. Did he get released unconditionally? He did have conditions requested at his arraignment which included sobriety and lawful behavior.

those were the conditional RPR release conditions, there was unconditional release on posting a 50k bond (which still includes remain lawful)

If bonded no conditions.

BUT what everyone keeps overlooking (and I'm assuming nick as well cause why piss away 5k) CPS will most likely impose no drinking/drug use and do tests if he wants to see and/or get the kids back.

He'll fuck it up...

Since the search warrant relies primarily on witness reports, and uses livestreams and social media posts only as corroborating those reports, revealing the identities of all the people involved was necessary to ensure evidence gathered during the search couldn't be thrown out on account of it being a fishing expedition.
You are grossly incorrect

Witness Reports+Livestreams+Officer being an expert on coked out people

That together makes probable cause

Because of some shit I'm dealing with in my own life, I've slowly found myself drinking more and more.... Once a week, and then two times a week, and then only days that end in Y.... It has been getting bad I guess, but I never felt like I didn't have control of it. But looking at Nick.... I'm sure he thought he had control of it too.

So I'm not drinking tonight, or any time soon. So thanks, I guess, Nick. I'm going to use you as a learning lesson.

Well, at least I never did cocaine anyway.

I'll always miss Nick from the lolsuit days, though.

Nick lying about April's status in the home will be brought up if it goes to trial to show that he is willing and able to lie. It's something that served very little purpose and only hurt him. You'd think a lawyer would know better than to speak with police, but apparently you lose this knowledge when you're non-practicing.

I agree but:

1. It would be really easy to prove Nick lies anyways. Remember his whole life has been autistically documented online for years.

2. He's got no chance at trial anyways. A jury will see that bodycam footage with the little girl asking the police for clothes and that'll be it.

Can he write off his $5,000 bond as a business expense?
It's been quite a few years since I read my AAA policy,( the American Auto Association) and i remember being surprised that not only would they come and tow my car, they would pay certain bail bonds, as long as they weren't for a DUI or Hit and Run type deal.
I think I discovered that there were other types of insurance that would pay for bail also...maybe homeowners?

The documents posted reference United States Fire Insurance Company. Though the bond itself is through Absolute Bail Bonds of Minneapolis.

This is true and they often do. He may have shopped to find a company with conditions to his liking. Some do block movement even at city level. This is common. Have seen zero condition bonds through bailbondsman, but they would have to offer a lot of collateral. If they set conditions and he breaches, they could go to the courts to try to surrender the bond at least where I currently reside, but the courts can say no fuck you, you took this bond.. but again, if he has enough collateral...

I feel like a monumental faggot for asking this, but I've see it referenced a few times in the thread that one of the Rekieta kids asked one of the officers for/about clothes. I've read through the substantial documents and I don't remember seeing it. Anyone know which doc it was?

The only way I see any of the balldo washers cope of "it's a gov conspiracy!1!!". Is that the MN state police, MN CPS, and the Local sheriff's office all flat out lied in multiple documents with body cams rolling. These cops might not have the best pedigree in dealing with this kind of case. But from everything I've read (as a reasonable person assuming that the facts are true) is that they had every right to be there and arrest them. Honestly, I feel like they downplayed the state of the house and the how the kids looked.

I'm sure they could have gone for a page or two detailing the state of common areas and then particularly the kids living areas. They could have hammered home any comments the kiddos made while they were waiting for the grandparents to pick them up. I'm very curious to see the body cam footage (and potentially the interview) even if people's faces are blurred the audio of their interactions and of the state of the house will be damning enough.

I did not foresee that the Kandiyohi Sheriff's Office would take the time to watch Balldo's videos. I'm still kind of surprised by that.
Same here. I assumed it was all internal behind the scenes stuff at church, but no, they watched the pillstream. Id like to think a jury would have to watch him read Anime Sucks' superchat almost 10x to show he was blasted out of his mind, but I doubt that will happen. I knew when Chris Chan was arrested everyone was thinking a judge would end up watching Geno's docuseries as evidence.
Anyone know which doc it was?
Its the supplemental doc that got leaked, its at the veryyy end. Blink and you'll miss it.
"While assisting and keeping the four children occupied outside of the residence CECILIA REKIETA, when asked about getting clothes, wanted new clothes as she made reference to the fact that she has been wearing those clothes more than that day."
Absolute Bail Bonds of Minneapolis.
The bail bond company can be a broker for many insurance companies which also provide surety bonds . Think of the bondsman almost like an insurance agent.

I'm not a gun guy. why are people debating the caliber of the bullets? Is it significant to Nick's case?
There really isn't a reason. It's mostly to shit on cops. For the uninitiated, .223 is a common rifle round used in AR-15 style rifles and .22 LR is another round used for small game. People are just arguing if the cops did a shit job collecting evidence by noting the rounds wrong.
