I wonder if Jackie's performative egging of the "torswats" sockpuppet to paint herself as a real life tough girl is going to bite her in the ass. Dad could pretend to believe it's a real swatter's account and argue it made the home unsafe for the kid. It probably did heightened the risk for no good reason even if the Telegram was phony.

Not to mention the weird "I bet you jack off to my pictures" comments sent to a terrorist. Probably not behavior a family court judge is happy to see.

She could get a family lawyer to help her out some will do it for free to look good. Don't want to get into specifics but my daughter had one who tried to fight having me gain full custody when her family didn't want her. Didn't end well for her (the lawyer that is). It's an expensive battle that can easily reach the six figure mark if both parents/families are fighting for full custody.

Getting custody of my two sons was easier and cheaper. Shit gets way worse when it's a daughter. It easily doubles the costs.

She's not smart enough to use Tor on Brave, she's not smart enough to use simple code. She gets terms wrong constantly. She thinks Katie is a man. She has a GED when at least Patrick has is High School Diploma even though his GPA is 1.7 with Phys Ed.

My guess he's doing this because he knows she has no money, has no way of crowdfunding the money, and has such shit optics online that no one will help her. If she tries to crowdfund it's a good opportunity for the IRS to pounce.

I know this may be the wrong takeaway from your post, but is it actually cheaper/easier to fight for sons over daughters? Never heard of such a thing, but I don’t doubt you. Just don’t understand what the huge disparity in cost could be attributed to.

Yes, at least here it is. Courts think that a daughter would be better off with the mother due to stupid things like gender and that the daughter would be abused some how by the father which again is stupid. Apparently you can be awarded costs during a custody battle too, Fuck that would have been nice. Though I didn't have any of the false allegations this poor father had.

By the way, Jackie now needs to lay off Social Media for awhile if she wants to come off as being a good parent as they WILL look into that. Professionals will go over your life with a fine tooth comb.

Naw she need to go with her normal mode of making vague threats. Being in a warzone, have baseball bats, 'you don't know who you are dealing with' et al.

Or if the things posted elsewhere are found to be accurate via the actual case filings just keep making murder threats about the other parent and the child. Threats that would mean so, so much more new material by the same people who bring you the 'Patrick said he'd kill his daughter and the mother of his daughter' bangers.

I was reading the funster thread about Jax’s lost custody and visitation rights and the fellas said best Jason started this process in 2017.

A quick google says that emergency motions for ex-parte are filed for children when there’s an immediate danger to their well being. That means that the person filing is asking the court to expedite the order without allowing the other party to come in and argue their side or even without serving them/notifying them that you’ve asked the court for the emergency hearing. She must’ve fucked up pretty bad, maybe it was the obvious amphetamine binges.
