Using that calculator, here are the conversions for all the readings she showed (her own and Salah's):

21.6 mmol/L = 388.8 mg/dL
22.6 mmol/L = 406.8 mg/dL

In one of her boring livestreams, she made some off-hand comment that she was "going to go see a different Doctor". I do believe that you are correct, and she has not been to this "new Doctor" yet. I believe there are several reasons for this.

• Her Visa status. She cannot get a Primary Care Doctor because she is a tourist.
• If she saw the same "Doctor" he would tell her the same thing as before "Go on a strict diabetic diet, get more tests, go to the Hospital"
• She is going to "cure" herself because she "knows what works for her".
• They cannot afford her diabetic care

No one is going to tell her what to do. The last thing she wants-- is to return to Canada. She is vaguely aware of reality. She cannot access the care she needs in Kuwait. If she ignores her health, it will just go away. It always has before. Salah suggested taking her to "a clinic". Clinics are the best she can do right now, and they can only scold her, give her some insulin(maybe) and tell her to go back to Canada.
As always, I will watch in disbelief to see if she can stay well enough to make her border hop in July? or if Lord Beetus is tired of waiting for Chantal to pay the toll.

Do note that if your blood sugar is higher than 5.6 mmol/liters, which requires you to swiftly balance your lifestyle, fasting schedule and monitoring your glycemia to assure it is between the average value from the glucose monitor.
