Not going on is the best option for Cole. There is no way they wouldn't have fucked with him to get back at him, he would've definitely been humiliated and set to be eliminated just like how Jimmy was brought back on as mentioned in the post above mine. He was told he wouldn't have to fight if he returned and look at how that turned out.

Why do Cole fans feel the need to lie to justify his victim complex? Production doesn't hate him and his picture is right with the other contestants. Sam and Jet haven't said a single thing about him since he left.

No one is lying, his picture was removed from the site and blamed on a programming error when people made a fuss about it, then quietly added back later

Dude they literally kept up Simmons name and photo even after Sam angrily forced him off the show why would they remove Cole's? Summer publicly accused Sam of raping her and she's still on the website.

Production also likes Jimmy more than Cole if I were to guess. Jimmy was hostile towards Production once in a while but Cole is literally remembered as the guy who used his moment in the sun to call Production out to the entire audience, whether people believe if it was justified or not. He also got the official last word since they requested him to come back and he said no unless ridiculous demands were met.

If he goes back on Production is definitely going to be looking for revenge. Part of me hopes he does just to see the disaster unfold, but that’s the Fishtank fan mantra at this point.

I'm rewatching the day 10 footage and it's not nearly as heroic as you are making it out to be. Cole who already wanted to leave had his clothes messed with by Trish which he thought was done by production which prompted him to rant about how he's being unfairly targeted and how he's the new Jon. He starts bringing up season 1 people, Sam comes in visibly furious and tells him to stop and kicks a hole in the door then production comes up tells him to clean up before heading to the basement. He coulden't take being messed with which is the core element of the show.
This is all after hours of production bribing him and begging him to stay because he would be the fourth fish to leave in 10 days.

I don't know why you're trying to disprove this when you can just scroll back through the thread and see for yourself

I’m not making it out to be anything. I’m saying that he’s remembered as that to a lot of viewers. At the very least he was viewed as a type of anti production martyr for roughly a week after his elimination. This was very clear in the /tv/ threads. Whether or not you believe that depiction is accurate doesn’t matter.

Jimmy on the show was a huge spaz that more then once attacked women, but frankly post tank he seems to be the most normal of the bunch. I'm genuinely surprised by most of the updates about him lol. I guess being locked in a house for a month constantly fucked with really does warp you.

You should go beat off to Betty's nudes on Telegram and stop posting here.
1,she stopped posting there and discord and 2, banned and 3, the links don't work no more, and 4, she's too pure for nudes (as of this month)
Feel like we've had this same conversation about Cole minimum of 3 times before. We really need new shit to talk about lol *sigh*
you say that but then when someone tries bringing up a topic you tell them to stop posting. You're like one of those cunts that say "just be confident bro!" only to then get mad at me for having confidence.

Pretty sure you are the only person I've ever told in this thread to stop posting and it was because you kept on bringing up Betty and how you have the hots for her.

But it is in fact something new to talk about and she is streaming right now, is she the best woman streamer of all time is another topic to bring up

I hate to quote a meme but there was a good phrase I saw recently "I am forged in the iron of necessity" which comes to mind for what I'm about to get into

I only watch Jimmy very rarely because he streams very late at night but I still hear about what he's talked about lately cuz he's one of the few fish who still has a presence anymore. As you know he repeats himself, something he's said repeatedly lately is how he is balancing weaning off his SSRIs and decreasing his nic intake to dip, against the natural stress of starting a new job, his lonely day-to-day life, and the badly concealed upcoming stressful situation that involves him needing to get ahead of his work at hoarder man's, ask for time off at work, and be able to breathe better by not smoking. That, and apparently Hoarder Man spent the money set aside for his property tax on weed so Jimmy paid it, for some reason, resulting in something that he made sound like a shouting match.

So you have that, and then you have:
  • Shinji burning his money on Save the Children, demanding a ton of subs on YouTube, and then deleting all his social media.
  • TJ has Taylor, but also buying a $2,000 streaming rig and no desk and playing CK3 everyday without streaming and not going back to work for 6 months like he thinks he's retired.
  • Tayleigh had a pretty great shot at appealing to the portion of the fanbase that wants to simp someone who doesn't talk like a baby but the no-gloves attitude of the audience seems to have worn her out so she's back to essentially no income.
  • Trish quit her job because she thought she was going to make it as a streamer, didn't, wasted tons of time and money moving out of her parents place to Texas and then moved back to her parents place in California immediately because she couldn't cope.
  • Brian is offline which is probably a great thing but it also means he's off the map.

Jimmy left the tank to discover his mill had shut down and got a new job as fast as he could, and has been repeating the refrain lately "I cannot afford to be depressed." So he might talk all retarded and play baby games and he might've barely stopped himself from punching his monitor when he got hit from behind by a Helmasaur in Twilight Princess. But for someone whose parents had a half million dollars to burn trying to make their kid less retarded he's gone through a lot of shit to avoid moving back home when even Brian moved back in for a while after Fishtank and the only "lolcow expenditure" (a la WWE mobile games or Funko pops) I've noticed was charitably wasting money on an old guy who doesn't appreciate it.

All that being said if Jimmy really is on 2.5, not being given an airsoft rifle won't stop him from inevitably trying to punch somebody. It's pathological. He can't even play games for zero stakes without tweaking. Literally the first thing that's going to happen is Jet and Sam will forget what he's like and chase him or trap him when he's separating himself to calm down, and someone will get punched.

You know what would be really funny, if they bought Cole back in a Noble 6 cosplay and gave him one of those Nerf MA40s to chase the contestants around with.

For a cheaper option. Dress Cole up like Wesley Snipes from Blade and tell him each Blade quote gets him $100 and if he finds a boyfriend free girl he gets $10'000. Do it Jet.

He managed to get this money back just shortly before deleting all his socials. But its pretty clear to everyone that Shinji squandered his window of opportunity to launch a streaming channel and his continued floundering doing shorts during his return was just a waste of time.

We have basically zero insight into TJ's life, just leaving the game running at the main menu would give the impression that he is playing games all day via the Discord game monitor.

This is more a concern troll from her hatesquad than reality, she suffered a lot from the heavy tornado activity destroying her internet and knocking her electricity out constantly but she muddled through it by streaming from a friends house. 2.5 getting delayed really seems to have irked her (and Tai who openly grouses on his streams) since it ruined her plans. She is taking this week off as a vacation rather than her intended prep week for 2.5. Its was memorial day and Jimmy said she was visiting "friends she hasn't seen in a while" so it sounds like she went back to Stephenville to visit her father and friends. Reminder that Tay is the only one that has been "fully employed" the whole entire time because she is double dipping, both the streamer stuff and her crochet commissions so taking a vacation for a week isn't unwarranted. If you listen to the way she talks, its the crochet commissions taking too long she seems more concerned with rather than any issue with her streaming.

Trish isn't exactly at fault for her circumstances collapsing in Austin, she was attacked by vandals just destroying her car window over and over which broke her financially. She got there, got housing, a job and was exploring options for tattoo apprenticeships and had Tai putting out feelers on that matter as well. Until she was targeted by these vandals she was doing quite well. None of the fish would have been able to handle this issue financially, its just poor luck on Trish's part and I can't really fault her for just cutting her losses in Austin, particularly when she is going to be doing production work likely for 2.5 and Season 3.
  • Brian is offline which is probably a great thing but it also means he's off the map.
Brian said he was moving to Chicago because "there is more media jobs" during the Family Feud stream.

All credit to tay but that is hobby money and not job money. It's not bad I'm sure but there's no way both of those things adds up to more than a minimum wage rate at a full time job would have.

From what I heard her rent was just flat-out higher than her income. The window was just the cherry on top.

The window was the breaking point but she said on her recent stream she was getting out of Austin before July 1st "because she didn't want to pay rent for a month she wont be there" and being realistic, if she is being brought back for production for Season 3 its highly probable for her to transition directly from 2.5 to Season 3 prep work with no break since there is a gap of maybe 2-4 weeks if they want to hit their 'Early August' date for Season 3. So Trish may not be home until late September. There is just zero reason to pay rent on an apartment you wont be using for nearly 3 months.

It was Jimmy that was sounding off that all of the jobs in the area he explored paid less than his monthly rent.

I like how Scott seems to give more of a shit about the contestant's well-being more than any of the actual showrunners.
Scott is on their level though. He is someone who also wants to use Fishtank and his Sam Hyde association to grow an online fan-base into a career. I can't really watch him a lot just because I get that smell of desperation at times and its unpleasant.

Jet and production in general do look like complete scumbags when they dangle fame and success in front of them just to chew contestants up and spit them out to then forget them as soon as they are out-of-sight. Jet was weird about how financially golden Josie was and then Shinji got gaslit into thinking he has a free streaming career once he is out. Both pretty terrible lies. Josie is doing ok financially, not amazing, even then she is an outlier among outliers, not an example of what happens to fish once they get out.

I don't really think that production should be helping out past contestants significantly, but simple things like tweeting out socials, first livestream-links could be decent of them to do.
