this is true but it's not the reason why her viewer numbers are stuck in double digits now.
the thing with twitch streaming nowadays is that it is extremely oversaturated and hypercompetitive. it's not like when anisa was doing it a decade ago, when it was still kinda new-ish and nobody really had it figured out, and someone like her could effortlessly get viewers just by virtue of being one of the few girls on a 99% male platform.
today there are literally professional porn stars who do gaming streams on twitch to boost their brand. they (or rather, the influencer firms who manage them) have turned the art of squeezing simps for money and attention into a science, and perfected it. busted anisa who rambles about therapy and sadness and haters all day can't compete with that. even old anisa probably wouldn't cut it on todays twitch, and todays anisa is a lot less attractive than old anisa so she stands even less of a chance.

Since they have no sense of self, they're not going to be able to fixate on anything long enough for it to be a hobby, passion or fixation; everything that they're into is going to be very shallow and highly dependent on others around them. They also tend to be chronically dependent on being in a relationship, and as such, will hop from relationship to relationship (unless they snag a spinless wimp and get him to put a ring on it like Anisa did. In that instance, they may be content with one (primary) victim.)

An autist, most of them anyway, can often be defined by their deep-seated special interests and hyper fixations. Chris chan and Sonichu are a relevant example.

Autistic people also tend to have a lot of trouble fitting in because they can't really blend in socially to any degree, they're not able to "chameleon" the way BPDs do when they are snaring their next victim gf/bf.
