A lot of people are lamenting this as cowtipping, but I honestly think this outcome of him already being ousted by his polycule is funnier than anything else that could have come out of the "relationship" if he had stayed. We already know polyamory is a fucking sham and the participants are all awkward losers who are secretly miserable with one another, so we wouldn't have really seen anything new or unexpected if Chibi were still involved.

"Worst" because they do pointlessly horrid things like harass his mother and place fake orders to his house.

And "worst" because Chibi makes bad enough decisions on his own, and instead they make it so he stops producing anything of intrigue because they'd rather ruin his life for no reason.

Every time he does something remotely interesting, it's undercut by some smoothbrain thinking they can manipulate him into some Truman Show antics when they can barely call in a pizza without nervously stuttering.

That's the thing for me.

Despite whatever verbalized or assigned excuse these cowtippers may have ("I'm just looking out for the potential victims in Chibi's life bro") the reality is that they are actively malicious and meddling. We all know Chibi is never going to change, but imagine if he tried to (). Imagine he did something like, I don't know, start volunteering at a local homeless shelter. Some cowtippers might back off, but we all know there would be at least one who would overstep the bounds and fuck that up for everyone involved just to evoke misery. That's the key thing that makes cowtippers cowtippers IMO: taking pleasure in the cow's downfall even if it is inflicted by the cowtipper and not the cow themselves.

Let the cow fuck their own life up. They generally have a pretty great track record of doing so, and what I consider the "normal" approach to be is to let it happen naturally. It's much more entertaining to read a book you did not write, unless you're a narcissistic cowtipper who wants to put pen to paper in a story of someone else's life, more or less.
