To be fair, this is a reference to an existing meme. Jersey just made it 10000 times unfunnier, and it's odd that he chose Bluey of all things to copy off of the original. The other stuff he posted is more degenerate. Don't forget that he also posted Roblox NSFW to a group chat with a minor in it, and someone who was obviously uncomfortable with it.

His DeviantArt profile has posted only one comment (A) saying that user DanielaDragonEXE (A) was their friend from English class.
Daniela's profile has her DOB as being May 14th, 2001.
That would make Jersey 22/23, and his social media profiles indicate that he's 23:
The doxbin, however, lists his DOB as November 24th, 2000. Is it possible for these two people to have attended the same English class in high school while being in different grades? It's also worth noting that Daniela's DA account was made when she was 13-14, meaning that if she moved her birthday to be a year younger, she'd have been 12, and I don't think DA would allowed her to make the account.
The doxbin also managed to find his address, but not his name, which makes me think that whoever doxed him did so by grabbing his IP/clicking a link. This all makes me wary the location acquired was IP geolocated, or with an actual GPS readout (if he clicked a link and allowed GPS on the website). Furthermore, whitepages lookups for the address provided are inconclusive.
At best, I think it's gotten his address to a two-block radius.
Though, if the address is correct, the house is a 1920s duplex bought in '84 by a Richard and Mareen Kovach, according to parcel lookups (A,A).
In conclusion, this makes me believe that the doxbin is largely a faildox.

Back in the day all drops from a loot crate used to (more or less) have an equal probability of dropping, with only the item's quality having an additional % chance on top of it. Basically, you'd roll a dice to see which item you would get, then you'd roll a dice to see what quality of item you'd get. This means there would be on average an equal amount of hats, strange hats, unusual hats, etc. coming from the same loot crate; and the item's market value would reflect how well liked the item was compared to other items of similar rarity.
This item quality was also a meaningful property: strange items would count kills/stats made while wearing them, unusual items had extra cosmetic effects, etc.
The Gun Mettle update added weapon skins with wear levels like CSGO and introduced an artificial rarity level, indicated by the color of text in the list of items in the cosmetics collection. This meant that the item rarity distribution would be priced in the item's market value.
It's been nearly a decade since I've really played TF2, so I might be out of the loop on this one, but a price tag of $2000 doesn't necessarily correspond to how much players value the hat insomuch as its scarcity. He also could've just gotten scalped for it, which is a common thing for unusuals lol
