I think Nick might be more like a gayer and more spiteful Milo. Just keeping blackmail and favors on people, but didn’t realize that most people he’s dealing with understand what an Internet Friend, actual friend, and an acquaintance is. 100%. Kayla kicked him out and the bachelor pad saga has begun. He's probably in a small apartment and is going to convert the extra space into a studio instead a place for him and his kids to hang out. I'm not sure how to explain him changing his main streaming schedule. He might be picking up a normie job to help cover the impending legal costs combined with his long term drop in streaming income. I haven't seen anything about the bar suspending his license, so he might be doing that shit Branca always shills where you do lawyer work through email for hourly wages. If his license is suspended, there's no telling what he could be doing. With a pending felony charge that's making national news, it's safe to say he's probably going to be breaking down boxes in a warehouse somewhere.

Wet brain is pretty severe end stage alcoholic stuff. I'm sure it's not impossible to get it at 40 but I'd be surprised, especially because while Nick may have had an issue with alcohol from the start of his streaming career, he clearly wasn't getting wasted on the same level that he did in more recent years. This whole thing has been a slow motion train crash, the degeneracy and swinging rumors aren't something that suddenly appeared on a dime. Going back in time on this very thread, he was already doing this shit all the way back in 2020, 4 years ago:

looking back on it, Nick was rather clearly pretty deeply alcoholic back during the early weeb wars days. I remember at the time finding it more than a bit off putting. Like that friend in College who always got falling down drunk, every single night. Like okay the whiskey drinking Lawyer talks a bit about interesting law stuff while sipping a different whiskey and talking about it. But that means 1 glass, 1 drink, slowly over the evening. Nick was blowing through a bottle per night. And this was years ago.

3. He checked into rehab (doubtful, but would be the best outcome)
4. He and Kayla are moved into the second house/new location and let the in-laws move into the main house because housing 5 kids is really annoying unless you have a huge house (doubt because they'd probably have to inform the court of that).
