When you quit alcohol (and drugs, so I've heard) one of the things that you're advised to do is rewire your habits. You killed a bottle nightly while playing games? Take up reading instead. That sort of thing. It's kinda difficult to do that to your job though, so changing the environment you work in is suggested if at all possible.

Not saying Rackets is giving up the booze and blow, cause he hasn't got the willpower God gave a mushroom, but he's almost certainly heard of people doing that/ being told to do that and it makes nice camoflage.
