There's no chance either way. The window of discourse hasn't shifted enough, you'd have to be crazy optimistic to think that a social class as disproportionately coddled and protected as troons will face open and unambiguous pushback from the president at this point in time. Look to your state and local governments for that sort of thing.

This is a political deep cut, but Rick Scott (GOP senator from FL and another fraud; his companies steal from Medicare) has long nursed ambitions to be Senate Leader and POTUS. A few years back, he developed his 12 Point Plan to Rescue America. Check point number 9, "Gender, Life, Science," where he talks about trannies. Emphasis mine:

• No doctor will be allowed to perform irreversible surgical or gender-altering procedures on any minor child. Once they become adults, they can do what they wish.

Besides the questionable and vague usage of "they," this lays out his opinion on this issue. And Scott is as mainstream GOP as it gets. The Republican Party does not have any plans to do anything about trannies besides banning kids from trooning out (which a lot of centrist liberals favor, actually) and maybe banning trannies from women's sports. The Supreme Court will have to weigh in on this issue eventually because of Title IX; so far, all of their rulings have gone in the favor of trannies.

It can also encourage more criminal behavior since they will know that they will not be charged. What motivation would they have to refrain from criminal activities while in office?

This was just brought up in the Supreme Court's oral arguments concerning presidential immunity. (I think it was Kagan that brought it up?) If a President is effectively immune from prosecution for anything he did in office or anything he did related to anything he did in office, it essentially places him above all other citizens of the United States and gives him the power to commit as many crimes as he wants, as long as he can make a loose connection to "presidential immunity." This opens the door to deep corruption and is definitely not the kind of power anyone should have - for instance, if Biden is immune from prosecution, he can just order Trump killed and claim immunity.
