Not to mention Rich lives with his parents and I am assuming doesn't pay rent. I think the average American spends half their income on their housing each month so not having to pay for housing and presumably things like utilities and food can make his meager youtube check stretch out more. As far as I know his kids live with him or more accurately his mom their grandma so he probably doesn't pay child support.

I’m betting he’ll flip the house when his parents die, use the money to move to LA/california, and then pursue his “dream” of being a “hip hop producer”

I’m sure his “beats” have been posted ITT but it’s the most lazy uninspired derivative shit I’ve ever heard. He doesn’t do any kind of original mixing, sampling, or producing. It’s more like he’s a DJ. He just takes one song and plays it on top of another.
