There's really no going back for that audience now, Emily Baker vacuumed up most of the trial watchers and Sean is on his way to becoming the new LawPope.
Speaking as someone in that former audience, are there any other decent YouTubers or streamers who do that? I've never really watched Sean - nothing against him - but I don't think I'd watch Emily for any protracted amount of time.

Yes, I recall your theory. It is still Kayla's account though. If what you say is true then Kayla has deferred to Nick's cope. This means that Kayla has adopted the cope, and so, it becomes Kayla's cope as well. There is no escaping responsibility for Kayla's role in this.

Making blanket statements about how women treat/view their bodies might not be helpful here (given the lewdposting and such) unless you sincerely believe Kayla to be a kind of "everywoman". Given her choices and general sexual conduct with others, I certainly hope not.

In any case, I do appreciate your perspective and some narratives should be challenged. I hope you can afford me the same courtesy.
Yes, obviously Kayla allowed him to write and post that on her account. I think she defers to Nick on most matters, but any matter that involves his “online persona” and their general public relations on SM. I think she’s very susceptible to Nick telling her how to think and he makes her feel dumb or calls her a “passive aggressive bitch” when she doesn’t go along with his pov.

It was also a bold faced lie so she probably felt much better letting Nick write and post it for her. (They were absolutely swinging and having other sex partners when that was posted. It was never non-sexual !fun! among other adults. It’s incredible he tried to sell that BS with a straight face and got angry when it was not accepted by all.)

Kayla is not “every woman” and there are always outliers but as a woman, who knows many other women, I’ve never heard one refer or think about their body in those terms. It strikes me as a very male perspective on the female body.

“Boobs, guns and muscle cars!” might equate in certain male minds, but not usually female ones.

Well you’re just a Scandinavian incel prude just like the ones who reported Nick.
Every real women compares their bodies to guns and muscle cars.

Since the topic has briefly turned to Kayla, here are some choice posts Kayla has made about herself (edit: in the past) that bear consideration:

Having created many substantial posts about Kayla Rekieta, I remain unsurprised at her development decline. Not because it wasn't preventable (it absolutely was, which is why it's so tragic), but because her values are twisted in a way similar to Nick (whose values are inverted). The post I linked to extends to how Nick explained his cocaine use to Aaron.

Kayla is both unintelligent in a general sense, selfish, and has poor decision-making skills. All this compounded with various induced impairments make her a walking disaster. Kayla tried to have it all and destroyed herself in the process (see above link for details).
Nick definitely wrote that locals post.

This is a direct sequel to the Kiwinavian Prudes music video from last month. If you haven't seen it yet, I implore you to watch that before this one (but you don't really have to):

This was a lot of work, and I know there will be some that may not like the direction, but that's understandable.

Either way, I hope you enjoy this.

If his first words to the camera when he starts to stream again aren't

"Guys, I fucked up, and I'm sorry"

Then he has learned absolutely nothing.
Its the only chance he has of starting to rebuild his life.
He needs to accept that this fucking disaster is all a result of the choices he made.

But we all know he's not going to do that.

He's probably going to try to handwave it away with "I can't talk about my case" and CGoody and all the Balldowashers will be breaking their keyboards trying to sweep his chat.

He'll probably try to completely deflect and ignore the disaster he has caused right up until whatever he's drinking is about 1/3rd empty, or his first 40 minute "bathroom" break, then the constant needling from his chat is going to break his temper and he'll start to sperg out.

If his first words aren't "Guys, I fucked up" then get the milk pails and the corn shucker ready because the harvest will be bountiful.

no, there really isn't anyone who fills the void that nick left behind.
sean is kind of trying to fill the 'kiwifarms approved lawtuber' niche, that's the closest you'll find.

that's why i believe that if nick manages to clean himself up and gets back to form, he could still successfully mount a big comeback. but he would have to get to a place where he can be sober, sharp and quick witted again instead of drunk, slow and retarded in the head. also stay on topic (law and trials) rather than off topic ("""comedy""" bullshit)

"Studio not quite ready yet" is cope. Does he need a week of work of studio production for his streaming setup? Quite a joke. With streamyards he can mount a stream setup in a day.
I bet this narcissistic asshole only didn't stream until now because of his black eye, and don't want his triumphant return to to be marked by an embarrassing black eye.
I'm eager to see the production value of this "studio" he is taking so long to create.
Pardon me if this has been covered or known but has there been an accounting of what may have been removed from the house in general not just the drugs, guns, etc?

I have been wondering if they confiscated his computers.

I'm with you there. Emily seems to be very much for the true crime wine mom crowd. As for coverage, I liked LegalVices coverage of the Taylor Schabusiness trial, he's pretty cozy. Sean is currently doing the Karen Read trial and that's quite good. For as much of an idiot as he's being over Rekieta, Viva Frei did a good job covering the Fani Willis hearings.

When this settles, I think it'd be good to see a couple lawtubers get together to do trial streams together. It might be just me, but I find a single lawyer commentating with no one to bounce ideas off of a bit bring. I usually skipped ahead on a Nick's trial stuff until somebody else joined. I also think he was onto something when he put a cap on his panel size during Depp.

Free advice for you Sean, get Legal Miiiiindset and a few others to pop in regularly and you're gold.

I give it a 0.001% chance of streaming a trial. Even less so on Monday. His 'remodeling' will take a week plus. He also hates trial streaming.
He is visibly seething at just the thought of doing trial streams 3 months ago.
He is not a law channel, 7 months ago.
Then there is this one during the Murdaugh trial where he freaks out during it about 'jury analysis'. A year and 3 months ago.

I'm just gonna post corn emojis in his chat until I get banned. Which will probably be immediately.

It's possible Nick wrote it. It's also possible that Kayla had copied Nick's mindset so totally by that point that she wrote it but it sounded the same as if Nick had written it.

I don't know if you saw Kayla's Pinterest, but you could see the change from most of the pins being about parenting and religion, to prayers for your spouse, and then eventually tattoos and a drinking game posted by "Nashville Pole Party".

It is fascinating to see it all laid out in her Pinterest account: the transformation from wholesome big chungus christian wife and mom to sloshed hotwife.

Given how genuine Kayla appeared to be in terms of valuing motherhood in older social media posts, it's striking what eventually ended up happening. The fact that they were eventually all hooked on hard drugs obviously doesn't help, but still. I also have a feeling that the change began to set in years ago, certainly the reports from Andy, Ralph, and CRP from Knoxville don't paint a picture of a clean-cut SAHM.

Also, LOL:
She hasn’t pinned anything in about a year. The only change on her Pinterest since this post was made is that she followed April Imholte’s Pinterest account.
