There are a gazillion small towns and rural places available to him aside from Spicer. I was just saying that in terms of making a living, if you want to build a practice in a small town/rural area, it requires some effort, and that it wasn't his only option. (And apparently he shit all over the lawyer who offered to help him learn, earn, and grow.). If he didn't have it in him to grow a practice/make a living as a solo, he could have found a similar small-town/rural experience within commuting distance of towns with opportunities for him to learn and make a living. But instead he had 27 clients in 3 years and made squat until he found something easier that clicked, and 9 years post-grad his one traffic ticket representation was stupid on the front end and ultimately negligent at best.
Of course; that was my (suspected) point. Tall tales. Spicer is 2+ hours from Mitchell Hamline (and both William Mitchell and Hamline, whichever one he actually went to; they merged the year he was graduated, 2015). Maybe he commuted. But then I'm wondering about the supposed Section 8. Maybe during college (2001-2005), but students aren't usually eligible for Section 8. Did he and Kayla marry during college or after?
