She's (altough some could argue that she was) basically a capital G grifter that used her similarity to Boxxy to try and get internet clout, and also dated Armored Skeptic while he was married, being very active within the skeptosphere due to this, who then had a falling out with the left a pulled off a 180, becoming a trad mom and all that

This is nice news, a much wanted baby is always a lovely thing, and it’s good that she's concealing baby’s face and giving them some privacy.
Shoe seems to have enjoyed a bit of time being a new mammy before announcing. She didn’t post the wee one online within 5secs of being born, like poor Cozy Rozy or the Busharts kid, got to give her that much.
