i very strongly feel that nick did not give away all his alcohol, or get rid of it. i also do not see him returning to streaming sober. so many people who work to get sober find themselves having to withdraw from activities that they did while drunk/high, because they can’t imagine doing them sober once they decide to stop abusing. they also forget what it was like to do them sober, and forget that it was the activity itself and not the often later-introduced drunkeness/high that made it enjoyable. addiction is so infectious, it destroys enjoyment previously gained from activities once done sober after being done drunk/high for long periods of time.

i also have to major X to doubt that he gave all the liquor away. to whom? who does he have such a relationship with in his local community that would accept it?

edit: i also believe he is claiming he gave it away both because he cannot bear to part with it and also cannot bear the idea that the money he spent on it went down the drain as booze is so important to him.

further edit: in fact, if nick REALLY wanted to prove a point, he could have made his first livestream pouring every bottle down the drain. never going to happen.
Truly a classic alcoholic move is to publicly dispose of alcohol to appease others’ worry so they will leave you alone to continue drinking in private.

Pouring a bottle down the drain means literally nothing, it’s just another gesture. They will go back out and buy alcohol or go get the bottle they hid in the couch.

What exactly is acceptable “evidence” that kids weren’t being fed as they should be? I don’t think anyone is alleging they were literally suffering from malnutrition. All the evidence will be others saying what they saw and heard from the kids, but of course they all are conspiring against Nick, so to him that doesn’t count.

Yesterday I had to heavily compress the movie when posting it so it would fit within the file size limit. Here are Proton Drive links to download the full quality versions if you want:

I am inclined to believe that Nick will fuck over Kayla by reintroducing cocaine or maybe alcohol (she's not the alcoholic one) into the home, a la Mama Junes husband and Nulls adage "addicts never get clean together" will reign true. It's pretty likely Nick only went for the 50k bond to retain his ability to drink. He says he's getting clean in public but his actions only assist him in getting back to drinking.

Nick if you're reading this, please do this! The funniest outcome would be for Nick to piss his wife off by bringing drugs back into her life, leading to her falling off the wagon and testifying against him out of sheer resentment. But any way you cut it, this is all going to be entertaining.

I've always been sort of alogg-y with Nick, but after the rewrite of the OP, I do remember enjoying a lot of his stuff. The Amber heard/Johnny Depp stuff felt like a sort of tidal shift in the way legal cases would be covered. I'm old enough to remember the OJ stuff, and how big a shift it was from some trial being covered by broadcast news at 6pm to the full 24 hour news cycle and live coverage on courtv. Felt very similar. All in all, I do hope Nick's spiral into whatever the fuck this is doesn't fuck that all up, it's a welcome change.

He posted this video from an infamous twitch stream where Rekieta (at the time) uncharacteristically went off on Vic for not coming on his show. He eventually apologized for it and as I recall, it was ironically blamed on having a bit too much to drink that night. But Rackets going on very womanly rants about drama goes further than many realize.

Wow, what an asshole. And this probably predates the coke and swinging.

You've got to think like a (wet-brained) lawyer to suss this out. Nick says he a. "Got it out of the house" and b. "Gave it to some good people." Well, who conveniently has two adjacent houses? There's already speculation he's moved there at least to stream. Of course Nick thinks he's good people. I'd be surprised if it wasn't the first thing he moved into the Copium Den. Personally I cannot wait until we get House Raid 2: Bond Revocation Boogaloo.

No. He says that Kayla paid for the unconditional bond too, but the state fucked up by not updating their records to reflect that. That the records will be updated on Monday to include her bond being paid.
Online dockets for the public and not official use are a very low priority for courts. If something takes a day to update who gives a fuck. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a different date on the bail bond document if it does show up. We'll see.

I fully expect this coke-addled idiot to start babbling about fringes on flags at this rate.

"If I don't have a gun in .22
Acquitting me is what you must do!"

Heads up Viva and Barnes gonna cope and seethe about LawTube and Balldo on Locals later. Barnes really just said how legal arguments made by Sean, legal mindset and Nate failed lmao :story:
This Barnes fella is a disgrace to fat bald guys everywhere. In fact, I'm embarrassed that I even compared his looks to that of a white Uncle Phil - James Avery would never stoop so low.

When Rekieta:
1) gets a guilty verdict
2) takes a plea deal
3) admits his problems and goes to rehab
4) anything that results in him admitting the truth, or the truth being accepted as fact

I want him, and those like him, to never be able to live it down, and never forget what awful people they were for having the audacity to blame the child victims, and blatantly look past such dangerous illegal behavior. I get that Barnes (and some others like him) is a political zealot, and is mentally required to side with whatever his ideology forces him to no matter what, but trying to lie so adamantly, and/or sweep really ugly truths under the rug is so incredibly deplorable and disgraceful.

If he was on fire I wouldn't hit him with a shovel.

My prediction:
Whenever Nick returns to streaming he will be visibly intoxicated, but claim he's just tired from all the stress of the consequences of his actions """a corrupt judicial system""".

His fans/balldo washers will believe that blatant lie because they're retarded.

Even if the drunk does get rid of all the alcohol they remember, there's always a half bottle (along with a bunch of empties) hidden away somewhere they're forgetting.

- throwing insults like #lazyeyefakechad
-"Fake friends who I always knew were fake"
-burning bridges left and right with anybody who doesn't balldoguard
-rofl and lol at the end of his comments
-Refuses to admit a single mishap in this huge mess

Rekieta has gone full Ralphamale. Can't wait to see his first seething behind the happy mask streams where he tries to just throw million "jokes" at the audience.
