The Constitution doesn't have a high bar for who can run for the Presidency but it's the Constitution, it hasn't been worth jack for over a century.I've heard an interesting legal point countering "Trump cannot run for President because he's a convicted felon."
Namely, disparate impact: https://law.fiu.edu/2020/04/10/the-...riminal-background-checks-as-hiring-criteria/
The TLDR is that since black men are more likely to have criminal records, screening based on criminal records has a disparate impact on black men and is therefore racist and illegal.
So, laws that prohibit felons from running for office are also racist and illegal.
You can run to any federal office as a felon. Anything less is unconstitutional. Federal law governing Presidential elections (3 U.S. Code Chapter 1) also does not prohibit felons from running (though it would be unconstitutional either way)I've heard an interesting legal point countering "Trump cannot run for President because he's a convicted felon."
Yes but the disparate impact concept comes from the Civil Rights Act, which has been operating as our de facto constitution for much of the last 60 years. The Constitution doesn't have a high bar for who can run for the Presidency but it's the Constitution, it hasn't been worth jack for over a century.
Merchan can put "cannot run for office" as part of his probation terms if he wants. "I totally wasnt going to put him in prison he choose it!" That may be too mask off though. You can run to any federal office as a felon. Anything less is unconstitutional. Disparate impact not being thrown into the trash along with the entire civil rights act is proof the entire government has been captured for decades. Law with literally no standard of evidence at all. The faggots behind the CRA as well as the Hart-Cellar act should have their corpses dug up and ground into paste frankly.I've heard an interesting legal point countering "Trump cannot run for President because he's a convicted felon."

The best response to "Why were you crying" would be "Why was he laughing?" with the clip, you know the one.I mean, I've seen people lie for way worse and their lies led to people's suicide and stuff. So idk why Alex' opinion should be thrown om the wringer
A court order cannot violate the Constitution anymore than a law can, and any order that de facto limits his right to run for president is also unconstitutional.Merchan can put "cannot run for office" as part of his probation terms if he wants. Also probation rules make Trump traveling to campaign basically impossible. It will likely be illegal for Trump to go to the convention. The way it works is Trump would have to report to a New York officer. Who then would then transfer his case to Florida and he would need a written permission slip for every state he is in from his probation officer. A TDS probation officer can fuck with Trump endlessly and fuck his campaign. (The new york one can still fuck with him and force him to come back to new york at any time) Lookup Icots and icaos rules.
The next treat in August is going to be "Trump in violation of his probation". Getting jail and prison is likely better sense it will likely get his sentenced stayed pending appeal after a few days. They wont do that for a probation sentence.
I dont think a new york "the second amendment doesnt exist here" judge gives a fuck about that. The election will be over after the appeals and judicial immunity bitch. So zero consequence. These are people who have drilled into them killing baby hitler is good if you could time travel and rules dont apply to stop Orange Man. The rules they pretend to follow are just lip service to get the normies not too spooked.A court order cannot violate the Constitution anymore than a law can, and any order that de facto limits his right to run for president is also unconstitutional.
Biden is a nigger of the highest order as only niggers steal and take credit for things they didn't do.
Not to glowpost so hard but the PMCs are charging an arm and a leg to the point the government does not want to use them so liberally anymore, specially since they demand payment in stock options, bonds, and gold. They are desperate for bodies and are frustrated white males don't want to get with the program and join the front lines as trannies and women take the credit and glory so the army brass can get in the powers that be's good graces.Unfortunately, as we've seen with Afghanistan, Iraq and now Ukraine, their DEI genderspecials are rarely the ones who get sent to get (what's left of) their balls blown off in America's wars for oil. It's usually either private military contractors, like Blackwater, or else they use the native population as cannon fodder
Its not unconstitutional in the slightest to put standard restrictions on a convicted felon. Especially where probation is concerned. If anything its unconstitutional not to. Its part of getting convicted of a crime and being on probation or incarcerated and you already lose several rights as a result. Those restrictions do not stop him from running for president, it just becomes impractical. As far as the law is concerned that is the felons own doing. Nobody can force a probation officer to allow someone to leave the state just because they happen to be running for president. That would open the door to every felon on parole to simply claim they are planning to run for office as well and exploit that, and sue the state if they are refused.A court order cannot violate the Constitution anymore than a law can, and any order that de facto limits his right to run for president is also unconstitutional.
He could but it would just end up in the Supreme Court and get slapped down. In fact, such conditions would pretty much guarantee this whole thing ends up in the Supreme Court sooner rather than laterMerchan can put "cannot run for office" as part of his probation terms if he wants.
Yeah, but you have to expect them to try.He could but it would just end up in the Supreme Court and get slapped down. In fact, such conditions would pretty much guarantee this whole thing ends up in the Supreme Court sooner rather than later
Probably in sometime after the election. Long enough to keep Trump off the ballot and have the election certified. He could but it would just end up in the Supreme Court and get slapped down. Good one. Honestly i'm starting to question if Alex is meant to be the bad guy given how much shit it stacked against him over sandy hook since again, i've seen people say worse shit about these kind of stuff and was never subjected to the hell he has.The best response to "Why were you crying" would be "Why was he laughing?" with the clip, you know the one.
Lolsuit be damned. Also fuck the fed skinwalkers behind post chanology anonymous.
The court ordered him to produce documents that he couldn't produce because that had been seized by law enforced who refused to turn them over.Good one.
