He was charged with falsification of documents in order to cover up his crime of election interference and that counted as an undisclosed campaign contribution on top of that. That's a felony in New York. Cohen went to jail over it, why would Trump be seen as "innocent"? Crime boss tells his lackey to do something and he does it, the crime boss is culpable. In case you missed it above, Here is a direct link to the .pdf file for the official indictment from NY state. And like i said in my previous post, there is no mention of the alleged "crime" that justified the charges being escalated to a felony level. And no mention of election interference, Stormy Daniels, or any of that in any of the official indictment.
