There is the time honoured method of learning as you go, but you have to be prepared for the process to take much longer than you'd like. You also have to have at least two pairs of willing hands, as well as the ability to know when to submit and call in an expert when you're in over your head. I could really powerlevel excessively here, but ultimately what I have to say boils down to that bargains aren't, and it will always cost more in money, time, and materials than you think it will. It also helps if you have pre existing skills that you can adapt across. If you have no skills, no work ethic, no drive, no friends to help you, no money, and a crippling combination of entitlement and retardation, you're pretty much fucked. Polissa is a moron that I wish nothing but the worst for but I gave up on getting angry about people that neglect animals (especially cats) a long time ago. Instead I make a $100 donation to one of the many no-kill shelters I know that does TNR and low cost surgeries and sterilization anytime I see dipshits like Polissa failing to do the needful. Needless to say I’ve donated a lot of money to animal shelters over the years.
