The woman in question is BxBullet / Bx_on_X. She's made a lot of posts about 764-related arrests, and was one of the top accounts covering the Kyle Spitze situation. Elaine has attempted to argue with her before about how she shouldn't bother going after 764, and how most of 764's victims were actually asking for it:

Apparently I've personally done something recently to piss off an anonymous Telegram group who claim to be associated with the pedophilic sextortion ring 764, to the point they (along with Elaine) are attempting to target women who they perceive as being "connected" to me. Classy!
