Why should she kill herself when there's food to be eaten? I think she's pretty happy, and is continually convincing herself that her dumpster fire life is fine. Great, even! She has fat camp coming up (food and fat-friendly partying), and her tit chop paid for (trans-special clout). We can see that she looks terrible and is actively dying, but I think she's just fine with herself if there's food within reach.
