Just because she’s letting Nick handle legal matters doesn’t discount the idea she’s upset and trying to get the kids back. I think Nick shacking up with April would make Kayla focus more on the kids since hubby is mostly concerned with the new squeeze.

Rekieta's dad paid the latest property bill on the old house. Interestingly it looks like it was paid late on 5/28, so after the arrest. Nick kicked a family out of it to move in his side piece and then couldn't even be bother take care of things. His parent's have to be in their 60s at least and they still cleaning up after he shits his diaper. I'm going to laugh really hard if she's still living there and now his parents are footing the bill for her.
New theory, if it’s on record that Aaron AmHolte claimed April lives in the old house, (the one his SIL was kicked out of a month or two ago,) and Nick “gave away the liquor,” then it stands to reason that Nick “gave” the liquor to April. Nick had been wanting to kick them out for months, as mentioned on his show & detailed in his thread earlier this year before this all blew up. His big plan was moving April in there, & Aaron too before Aaron noped the fuck out. Now that Aaron said that April has been living there, this all looks very likely to have gone down exactly like that. The running theory in the Balldo thread, before the swinging was known, was that Nick wanted to kick his SIL out in order to rent the old house (2nd house,) for more money since his income has drastically dropped due to his nosedive in all aspects of his life. Now, it looks like there were other fringe benefits that inspired him to finally give his extended family the boot, all for the love of his balldo. Shameful.
It's not true. The person living there was mentioned in one of the reports that was released and it wasn't the sister-in-law also mentioned in the report, nor was it the nanny.
Correct. What's interesting is that in one of the reports that were released, April was listed as living in either Nick's first or second house with a secondary address being the St. Cloud home where she used to live with Aaron, whereas Aaron was listed as only living in the home in St. Cloud. It seems they already had a decent idea of what was going on beforehand and knew she was living in one of the Rekieta properties.

April definitely left him. Maybe he filed for divorce first, but she left first. The reality really seems to be that Nick, intentionally or otherwise, cucked Aaron. I call Aaron "Cuckception" for a reason, because this absolute MORON went online and did the funniest thing a man in his shoes could do. He told the entire world, that already knew his wife left him to live with the Rekieta's, that Nick had a broken dick.
