Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

The fact that Dan's company blocked Pat on Twitter means that he doesn't need the lawsuit because they're clearly on his side. It's a fairly small company so Dan probably knows everyone there.

Leslie's basically her own boss, too. Pat is obsessed with the idea of tattling on people to the principal and doesn't realize that the world doesn't work that way.

Would the rights to Fats shitty books be something you could be "paid out" in a lawsuit? Not that I think it would ever happen or that they have any monetary value. It would just be funny if Fat had to watch someone release another book where they make his Trump parody character the good guy and Fat can't do anything to stop it.

Yes - the person who has the lien could accept them in lieu of payment; though I'm not sure they could force fats to hand it over without going so far as to trigger all sorts of other stuff like bankruptcy or sherrif's sales.

The easiest is the house and what is most commonly done (though it rarely gets there because most people either pay off a judgement or are judgement proof - no assets).

There's been similar discussion about obtaining copyright to a Greer work if Jersh goes after him.

Quasi was looking into getting the TOR rights as they are based in NY - it was possible. His books with AR is based in Europe and would have been much harder. (or something to that effect)
It would be for the meme though, they are essentially worthless as they are the least sold books.
He has separate rights to audiobook and ebook releases that could probably be taken though. I would imagine any sales going forward are to likely be in this bracket.

I bow before your optimism. How would he achieve anything even remotely like a completed first draft while going 200-stalker-childs-per-minute day in and day out on Twitter?
By taking three years to churn out a craptastic bunch of weak jokes and bad attempts at Cockney slang. We've seen excerpts from this "work" for some time. I think it's probably at least novel length. Whether it qualifies as a viable novel is quite another question, and my probability estimates are intended to reflect that.

Even so, I'm probably being too optimistic. Patrick is a pathological liar.

That can't be true. I've been reliably informed by Pat that Leslie is on the verge of being ostracized by the entire world of publishing. All thanks to Pat's tireless work feebly swatting and insulting her on twitter.

I like to think the real reason for it not seeing the light of day is not just that he hasn’t written it, not just that every publisher rejects it because it’s terrible, not that he sent a manuscript to his “agent” who couldn’t even get rid of it by leaving it to use as toilet paper, but instead because Dickens and Terry Pratchett met in the afterlife, and now haunt Patrick due to this grave insult.

His burbling about stalker children and white supremacy is actually the two spooky former authors taking turns to possess Fatrick and write through him.

The best part is they also fuck with his memory so when he thinks back on his musings and tweets, it’s sheer Hemingway meets Kurt Vonnegut.

Niki just goes along with all of this as through the haze of mood stabilizers, adhd meds, booze and Tyrone’s farts, she is being haunted by Kafka and Bill Burroughs.

Dan wiped all his tweets and left this.
Could it be? A W for the piggietits?

Can any neo-nazis explain the significance of the word "TOAST?"

Does it say "YOU ARE TOAST?" That's a pretty weak threat for a hardened neo-nazi terrorist tbh
"You're cookies" doesn't quite have the same thing to it
No its whats left over after Pat painted his fucking porch railings.

He's such a moron he didn't even go buy paint that couldn't be instantly tied to his house.

Kinda convenient the Aryan Brotherhood had the same color that Rick used on his porch.
No child, they're calling him a porch monkey. This is how fascists operate. Enjoy prison, stalker.
he already posted tweets bragging about confrontations with online enemies that had come to his house.
This is assuming that any of those confrontations were real. Unless he posted evidence, this was probably just him getting into an argument with someone on his block, or him confusing Twitter for real life again
Piggy refutes your color claim

The stalker children are not sending their best
If Pat got a tweet saying "nice garbage stupid" would he throw all the niglet bones in there and tell the police it was the stalkers trying to frame him? I wonder how many schemes Pat has waiting for a tweet to blame them on?
I always imagined he grinds up the bones with the rest of the bodies

Its not the color of his car, it is the color of his porch raiking though.

More 140IQ students of fattys problem solving class.
Holden said it was Kona Brown (and provides evidence)
Pat states it was purple. (despite having the can with labelling in his possession)
Therefore Pat refutes holdens claim of the color.
The car and/or the decking and who fatty was replying to, is inconsequential

Also you'd think that nazis would use brown so which is it, Rick?
