I'm just surprised that the handjob speculation actually played out and in the must uncomfortable way possible. What a mad lad. And still amazed this made it into Shounen Jump. Chainsaw Man gets published in weekly Shounen Jump, right? Not just as digital like Kaiju 8? Cause the mental image of little Kenta who is just hype after reading One Piece flips a few pages and gets an homage to End of Evangelion in all it's dysfunctional glory is pretty over the top.

Now I really need to know how Asa reacts to this, I don't expect her to take this well. Also, surprised that it was war who went hardcore tongue twisting.

EDIT: OK, I got the memo that Chainsaw is in Jump+ and that publishes 18+ stuff. So I guess Jump+ is the seinen label of Jump?

... well, that explains a lot of things. Fire Man was... an experience for sure. Chainsaw Man has the same deal where there is constant whiplash and things just change for the hell of it and a borderline psycho being the writer makes it all check out.

Internet zoomers have been gaslit so hard by me too and modern day feminism, that they think you actually need to say "I consent" out loud, to actually show consent for any sexual situations.
Even if the start was questionable, Denji clearly consented to what happened, anyone with half a brain could tell from his body language.

Asa is the one that'll be interesting to see in the next chapter. She obviously couldn't consent, but it's her emotions that made Yoru lose to the dick to begin with.

Where’s the easiest place to read the backlog online? I fell behind the free most recent 3 chapters on the official app and it’s not on Mangadex anymore since the official translation.

Fair, never noticed a difference since I just read it through the sueisha website which has all the usual jump staples as well and there isn't any sort of age restricted thing when going into + content.

A lot of the "fans" on twitter have never read the manga they've only seen the much tamer and less graphic anime.

They've never seen Reze biting Denji's tongue off after a kiss, or Makima borderline assaulting Denji 1000 times. Hell even Himeno puking down Denji's throat is a hundred times more graphic and gross in the manga.

I've been avoiding reading Chainsaw Man's 2nd part as I think I'll prefer to read it all at once when it's done but this Denji handjob thing has been inescapable. Did the people who are so mad about this even read the first part? It's so fucking weird to get upset about it when Chainsaw Man has never been an uwu wholesome manga. It's already tackled extreme violence and weird sexual stuff and I find it extremely strange this is what is filtering people.

I feel like its been so long since Part 1 that the ending arcs of it made some of the people who read even the first part forget that Chainsaw Man can be pretty raunchy and sleazy.

Not to sound like a pretentious nerd, but the sexual nature of Chainsaw Man is part of the point, yet people act like its the same as the shitty Hazbin Hotel sex jokes or the same old shenanigans of pervert anime characters.

I'm so confused that Twitter people think Chainsaw Man is some sort of light and fluffy slice of life.

I mean most manga sites have it labeled with the horror, mature, and tragedy tags.
