Nearly everybody that was a fan of Nick before he started up Locals can intellectually, and probably morally, pull rank on this imbecile.

I have never seen a dumber collection of people in my life.
Are you saying I'm finally better than someone!? I finally have the moral high ground?

What a day to be alive.

I was a fan before the constant pity and shilling superchats. I got tired of hearing about someones dead dog, or sick uncles, friends, brothers, uncles, grandma twice removed. Shit became unwatchable.
And some of thise chats were just so pathetic and annoying. How weak does someone have to be to send a minimum of $20 so an internet lawyer could give you a toast to make it all better.

Crosspost from Aaron Imholte thread:

On his show today, Aaron claimed that Nick and Kayla wanted the Imholtes in to their old adjacent home which the Rekietas made vacant by forcing the family friends who were living there to leave.

Aaron also claimed Kayla told him that she wanted the four of them to raise their children communally as a polycule. He was concerned that other people would find such an arrangement bizarre, not least his ex-wife.

He quotes Kayla as saying: "I want us to be a family and raise all of our children together."

You know I was thinking about that other house and wondered if they kicked those people out to have Imholetes move in but in my mind it was just my brain doing stupid thing. I never brought it up because I'm personally not into speculations and "what ifs". It wasn't even a hunch or a suspicion, it felt like just a brain fart and I never thought they actually plan to do that. In my mind Imholetes purpose was to be their fuck buddies and to share bed. Moving them in other building seemed to defeat that purpose.

The houses only have yard in-between. They could have traded wives, at any moment. It actually probably would have been a smarter thing to do. Yet, they couldn't do that because the drugs.

Hell, Nick was too stupid to use the extra house as the drug storage place. It wouldn't have been hard to walk across the yard once a day and get the daily supply.

Everyone that sent those Super chats for shots has the blood of the kids on their hands, in my opinion. I think those Super chats were the start of this tailspin.

I wish he'd finish that new studio already.
He has to finish about 500 whiskey bottles and scatter them on the ground to leave up to the standards of the previous studio.
What exactly would Aaron be called to testify about?
You don't have the 4D lawyer wetbrain of the Balldoman! He can call Aaron as a witness and trick him into confessing that it was in fact Aaron and his crack whore wife the ones that bought and left the drugs there! Nick was just the innocent crack addict that consumed the drugs for the safety of his children of course!:really:
If he actually does that I'll eat my shoe.

I think this is why the neglect charge. Of course, there was neglect involved, but I don't think a criminal charge of neglect would have happened without the drugs involved.
I think a criminal charge could've happened with or without the snow and Crackayla's pills. The conditions being as dreadful as they were even without the drugs, the prosecution is looking to slap shit on Nick to just force him into a plea deal already. It would be unusual given the state's history of those, but not impossible.

The abundance of drugs is just what made sure the charge was going to happen. The purpose of the charge is so Father of the Year Nick Rekieta doesn't get away from this with a slap on the wrist, and can just resume his tryhard wigger lifestyle. Maybe he won't do hard time, but his life won't be the same for quite a long while.

Well... that's if you don't factor in the biases of the honest Christian judge man who may want to avenge Judge Pussy Liquor, as that poor arbiter of the legal system is now known on the internet. We may see Nick suffah if he wants to go to war. And frankly, there's no reason for him not to, seeing as how any decision by him couldn't be construed as bias.

Nick did night school classes. I cannot recall if he worked at the time, but I think he made references to Wells Fargo in the AM and drinking 1.5 hours to school and back.

He says he did night school classes. But his resume is blank on employment in those years. His work history ends with Thrivant. Also, if he were working for Welles Fargo in those years, the question would be "where and doing what". He wasn't in the minneapolis area anymore. He was 1.5 hours away from most normal wells fargo or banking employment.

I'm sure he has said he was doing night school classes and working. But there is enough in that area to have doubts.

Even if the kids were well fed, clean, and had clean clothes, just having that amount of drugs in the same house with kids present, regardless of the drugs being locked up in a safe, would probably be enough for some sort of child endangerment charges.

That's just dumb. He did toasts for people going as far back as 2019, yet he didn't really begin to come completely unglued until around 2022.

I don't dispute a lot of the superchats people sent him were cringe, but blaming them for Nick neglecting his children is almost as dumb as blaming the 16 year old.

Nick did this to Nick. He might have had some bad outside influence like Daxipad, but it's mostly on Nick.

Another good name for this debacle or the Rekieta board would've been The Balldocaust.
Except the deniers in this one are a bunch of faggots.

The consequences for the kids are already becoming apparent. Here are a few immediate impacts that I have considered.
  • It's unlikely the kids will return to that church. Nick will probably never engage in the Evangelical redemption arc. This church was a sanctuary for them, providing a core community at least twice a week, if not more.
  • The younger four children attended a church-connected co-op. This may come to an end. While the co-op members might not cast out the kids, it’s hard to imagine Nick and Kayla allowing them to continue there if the children are returned to them.
  • The eldest child can continue at the local Christian school, but it is small and everyone will know about the scandal. Being a teenager, this will be a source of significant humiliation.
  • Kayla's family and extended family are all in the area. The fallout within the family must be unimaginable.
The community will almost certainly rally around the kids. The question is whether Nick and Kayla will allow the community to access them. We will never know the CPS details but it will be a very complex case for them. Nick and Kayla continue to have significant parental rights barring a court order.
These kids will never be allowed to talk and speak with honest and trustworthy adults again if Nick gets them back.
