It appears Wonder is mentioned in the suit, but she has never actually served him. Original goal was $20k but it was hit quickly so today he increased it to $30k.

The reason Oz is posting this is because he wants Blair to just take a settlement and leave him alone since the stress of matters is effecting him and his partner's healths. He states she has had a "unexpected miscarriage" This term is usually used for miscarriages after the 2nd trimester since miscarriages can occur up to 20 weeks.

The settlement he wants is that she drops the lawsuit against everyone with prejudice and she gets what she wants which is Oz not uploading his expose on her. He states that if she accepts this then she leaves herself a chance to return to the platform without being the exact thing she spoke against in EVERY video she made.

Settlement Terms (If accepted must written communication must be sent to Oz's lawyer by end of business day June 7, 2024):
