I have to admit, I know nothing about Redbar. But if this is a good reflection of his typical content I'm not really impressed. His voice is grating, his set hurts my eyes (despite loving black & red color schemes), and it sounds like he's saying the most shocking thing he can think of.
Most people initially don't like Mike. His slogan is "Give it a year!”. I hated him at first when I originally saw his clips on YouTube and thought he was annoying and jealous. Now he's pretty much the only podcast I consistently watch. I will say his older shows are better than his new ones, but I still really enjoy Redbar.

CORRECTION:

The "second penalty" in both cases refers to the fact that they charged him extra for not paying the court fines. Meaning in both cases he was charged three times because he failed to pay the original fine two times

You have humbled me bro.
Brought me down low.
I should never have engaged with such a witty foe.

I wouldn't call this zealotry. Zealots believe in the cause. This is trying to rope a cause into fighting your own personal battles which I'd argue is worse than a zealot.

The thread would be real interested in your story. What's your connection with the Rekieta family?

Redbar's reaction to Nick's arrest is very "normie" and I don't mean that in an insulting way. His take of Nick is what a normie person with a working brain should feel about the situation. Sad that the world is so retarded that we are praising people for having functioning brains.
The stream is worth a watch though, he's easy to listen to.

Nick's car is a ship of commerce carrying cargo on the high seas. Under the articles of Confederation and Admiralty law, the so-called judges of Minnesota have no jurisdiction over him. Nick should also arrest the judge.

There was a local sovereign citizen guy in Nick's area who used to report fake news about Nick (Terry Dean Nemmers). Nemmers was famous for (a) Making his own license plates, (b) getting caught with them (c) going into traffic court and trying to arrest the judge. He also sells an "arrest a judge" kit which Nick may now find useful.

I'm sure if he is not currently in the state hospital or on his meds, that the could offer lots of good legal advice to Nick.

Maybe Nick started to hate Mr. Metokur after he did his series on Sovereign Citizens and it hit a little too close to home?

For a man who really liked to say "never talk to cops" he did an awful lot of talking.

which is weird because almost a year later he followed his own rules

and he might have gotten away with it if not for him driving on expired tags, something he doesn't need to confess to.
OMG, expired registration is so easy to take care of. It gets dropped if you register the vehicle before the court date. Nick is fucking ridiculous!

The embarrassing truths will continue, Nick, until you take accountability for your actions.

Sovereign citizen Nick taking his family out to eat and battling staff at the Cracker Barrel about the COVID mandates. Imagine going to multiple ones WITH CHILDREN in tow to finally find one that just doesn't wanna deal with your bullshit?

The same Nick that suddenly finds his "bravery" evaporate when he saw Ron Toye coming into the same Donut shop (Vic Mignogna era). Nick ran (literally) and hid in the bathroom and kept texting Drexel to ask when he had left. What a coward!! Too afraid to even hide behind your giant black friend. lol

Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel I can't take it...

You’d think!
I swear I saw a CO plate yesterday that expired in 2021. After Covid it seems like they gave up caring about that shit.

(I can’t talk too much shit, had to pay an extra $100 this year because I forgot and was 2 months late lol)

Oh FFS not this bullshit again. Nick's car is a private conveyance and he is travelling on the public highway. Under Common Law and the Magna Carter 1215 the so-called judges of Admiralty Court have no jurisdiction over him.

Also Nick is a nigger and therefore free to exercise his rights and privileges according to the Treaty of Tripoli.

Oh goodie! Another stop and conviction is now known. Now we know Nick didn't renew registration on his Navigator, and he no showed for court again. He's just so busy guys!!! Busy plowing all that snow and April Imholte that is!

More stuff for the OP @Himedall All-seeing Waifu!

I wonder if this is Twitter is Cancer, same weirdly personal BS.
Who?

EDIT: Oh, you mean the new account. I dunno.

I wish, but even after all this, I believe he will only have his license suspended until he goes to rehab, but certainly not permanently disbarred.
I think Welper is talking about his driver's license. Not his law one.

I'm sure this was probably posted when it happened, but is this nigga for real?
Yes. Known for a long time now dude.

The officer who stopped him on that first traffic stop is Trooper Joshua Monson. Name very similar to Joshua Moon. He also assisted on the warrant service.

Minnesota Court website duplicated the speeding charge, and notified that today they informed DPS about the conviction. New case number 34-VB-24-522; old 34-VB-23-781
View attachment 6059609

Edit: No, that's a completely new charge. The old one happened in 2023, this one happened in 2024. 2023 version has only speeding.

Charges for both attached.
Nick's such a non practicing lawyer that he refuses to even go to court for his OWN trials!

But fr, if I can find [celebrity x in his 50s, 50s or 60s] hot on a physical basis even though x doesn't have anything close to the body of tons of fit 20s and 30s men, I'm certain that my age counterpart could find women in their middle age equally sexy.

The men that women find attractive has always been a source of some mystification to me. I remember when my then girlfriend told me she thought Robbie Coltrane was hot, back when he was appearing in Cracker.

I could see liking him as an actor. I could see being attracted to him because of his charisma. But hot? Really? She was utterly sincere about finding him -- a big fat man -- physically attractive. I still have lingering doubts that she wasn't just attracted to his personality and his acting skills and somehow managed to convert that into her finding him physically attractive. But she swore this wasn't the case, and she was much cleverer and more self-reflective than I could ever be, so who am I to doubt her claims?

But it still mystifies me.

Wow. Nick always used to go on about how to get out of a speeding ticket. The whole, "I'm not discussing my day" and "Never answer any questions, say 'No' if they ask you if they know why they were pulled over etc etc etc." Well sometimes the cop clocks you on their radar or matches your speed and then pulls you over and has you dead to rights.

I'm sure most of us have gotten a speeding ticket or some other minor thing at some point. You just pay the 200 bucks or whatever and move on with your life. Nick could have paid for it by firing up a stream and talking about a single legal case which would have been less time than going and arguing with a judge.

Shit happens and sometimes money is there to just make a problem go away. In fact that's one of the very best uses for your money, to get rid of an annoying problem and not let it escalate into a big problem. Anyone who isn't a big manbaby knows this.
