It kind of does since you aren't supposed to know who the VTuber is in real life. I remember back when I liked anime that we had video conferences for Japanese voice actors who couldn't make it to the convention. This was around the mid 2000's. Similar idea, but rather pointless in my opinion. Nowadays I've started to hate Japanese "entertainment" more and more with each passing year. It's been a real let down with how much Western influence has ruined them even more. At least they still have good food.This is somehow worse than his Anime Matsuri video from two years ago.
Even the concept of a "VTuber convention" makes zero sense.
