Yea it does, but it has more to do with the loss in libido than the surgery because estrogen can make your shit shrink as well. If you aren't popping chubbies on the regular, the muscle in there atrophies and shrinks the penis. I mean, when they do the vaginoplasty, there are two main methods.
Penile inversion and Intestinal/Sigmoid vaginoplasty. Intestinal is where they use sections of the colon to create the amhole. This is where you get fistulas and stuff.
Penile inversion takes the full layer of skin from the shaft (leaving the head), and turns it inside out that it now goes into the body. The remaining head and penis muscles are separated from each other and pulled out from the inverted skin, to the area that previously held the testes. Usually removing the testes and creating the amhole are done around the same time. Probably to prevent situations like not having enough skin/muscles to create a deep enough neovagina. IDK why Nick took his testes out and then waited forever to finish his SRS.
