Biggest platform, biggest audience and bigger paychecks. Simple as. Plus, not everyone is willing to make accounts on different websites. So it's more difficult to migrate once you have an established audience and brand. I have seen some people use Patreon to post uncensored videos, but I don't remember if @NotATurkey does that.
Edit: I swear this is the 5th time this same topic has been discussed whenever a video is uploaded by X person on Y thread.
