I member him saying during the Alex Jones trial something to the effect of that if you are an online personality and you are being sued, the opportunity cost of not being able to talk about your case might be far greater than the cost of the case itself. And so, the smart move for someone in that circumstance, contra all previous legal advice, was to constantly be talking about their case so as to make money off of it, potentially offsetting all of the costs involved.
This obviously wouldn't've worked in Alex Jones' case, as it would be pretty hard to sell 100 gorillion dollars worth of Super Male Vitality. Nor would it work in his case, as he's staring down the barrel of a very long prison sentence. However, there are probably some cases in which his advice does actually make sense. Think Karl Jobst, or Karl Kasarda and Ian McCollumb.
