This says nothing of online access though, and theres so many degrees of separation to obtain it online. Via chan boards, discord servers, other forums, ect. Not even sure if gelbooru type sites she likely uses block it explicitly there. But theres too many potential cracks where it could be posted that I don't think the govt could realistically stop.

So sure, while customs might check your stuff, idk how hard they browse ALL internet traffic.

Adding the possibility of VPNs, and its likely VERY easy to still do it with minimum commitment, and given tags, I'm sure she has something like that to view booru type sites.
