I caught up on Nicks' stream and I am now considering that, although smacking or spanking children is always wrong, some narcissistic adults may literally never grow up and get better, unless their atrocious attitude is being systematically smacked out of them, physically.
Not to the point of brain injury or anything serious, but just enough so it stings a little, and helps them to remember that bad behavior equals discomfort.
Because you can't convince them they're wrong by talking and reasoning. They literally don't care how anyone else feels, so you can't make them feel guilt or shame. You can't rely on them experiencing an epiphany, as they appear to not have any sense of self that is independent of others - they only do things for show, for response.
I think that's the only way a narcissist can get better - every time he's being a manipulative, righteous smug lying retard, he shall get whacked with a wooden spoon. Or even just sprayed with water, like a cat.
I kinda feel bad for becoming so bitter
But the hard truth is that regardless of his addictions being treated or not - Nick will only get worse, and more entangled in his play-pretend empty personality. His spirit is completely corrupted; his soul has long left his body.
