Lets say best possible scenario for him, he manages to evade prison somehow.

If that were the case, he would probably just continue to stream to a tiny audience, and his chat would be full of detractors, people telling him to kill himself, and the very few superchats he does get are people insulting him.

He would coast along streaming to people who hate him, Xeeting to people who hate him, and receiving superchats from people who hate him. While his parents would not likely fund his mid life crisis, they would probably ensure he at least has money to live, so paying bills wouldn't be an issue.

The real world problems with having a completely tarnished reputation probably wouldn't have any impact since he can just never work a real job again, at least until his parents die, then it's a toss up.

Yeah Legal Dicksuck was definitely talking about Nick's insinuations that he does pedophilic sex tourism stuff. Sean later on in the stream said "Nick, I know you're watching this" so I got the impression the defamation statement was half a joke and half a warning to Nick to cut that out.
